Quintero/Wickenburg Ranch Travel Time

Good day. Buddy and I are staying in downtown Phoenix, right next to interstate 10, in February weekend. planning to play Quintero on a Saturday morning at 7:30 am. google maps says 45 minutes travel time. Will traffic be difficult and slow us down on our way to the course and should I plan an hour at least to get there?

Same question as going from Quintero to Wickenburg ranch. Google says 40 minutes travel time between courses. Should I plan an hour there as well? Trying to figure out a good time for us to tee off and get 18 in the afternoon. Thanks for everything!

You should be able to make it to Quintero in ~45 min but "right next to I10" isn't meaningful on knowing how far you actually are. I'm making a bit of a guess based on a couple of assumptions. Could be more or less. Wickenburg is around 30 min from Quintero if you drive like you live here.

NB: If I'm driving out to Wickenburg it is extremely common for my speedometer to hit triple digits

OK, that's basically he middle of downtown. You can easily make Quintero in 45 from here. If you drive like me you'll make it in less than that.

Traffic is light, and fast on Rt 74 and US 60. I didn't quite hit triple digits, but the flow was moving at 75 to 80 mph. I think 35 minutes between Quintero and Wickenburg is doable.

These posters are all correct, but I would check the road construction before you leave. Almost all lane restrictions in the major freeways in Phoenix are on weekends. You can check them only the Adot website.

The Wickenberg rodeo is also in February and can make traffic messy.
