Expensive Golf Clothing you sprung for and were pleasantly surprised with.

Any Golf clothing (available now) that you were hesitant about buying because of the price, But turned out to be a good investment?

a few years ago, bought the under armour goretex rain suit. It was well worth it.

Not as expensive, but I bought a vineyard vines Jim Nantz houndstooth quarter zip at pebble beach that I wasn’t even sure I liked...but I find its my go to lately. Perfect fabric and weight, and I get compliments on it every time I wear it.

not as expensive as galvin green or some others but still pricey.

loooove it. Fits great, easy to swing in. Dry.

Bonobos.

The pants are pricier than I would normally buy, but I have worn them for golf, work, and they are especially great for travel. And they last. I have a couple pairs of the highland pants that I have easily worn over a hundred times each.

Another vote for bonobos. Versatile, looks good, and quality materials.

I picked up a pair of Ecco cage pro boa with goretex. They were not full price, but now that I’ve used them a few times I think they are worth every Penney and am actively looking for another pair in a different color.

These and Rhone pants. Peter Millar polos and pullovers. Proquip rain gear. All fit the bill for the best stuff I’ve owned.

Could you give some comparisons between Rhone and Lululemon? I have a pair of Commission pants that I love. Never tried Rhone.

Lululemon. After I wore my first pair I stopped wearing all of my other golf pants.

As mentioned before, Lululemon. Far and away better than Bonobos, in my opinion.

Lululemon. Admittedly, I had always thought of it as an overpriced brand for pretentious, effeminate guys. For my birthday last year, one of my daughters paid for 2 pairs of the ABC pants. I refused to go to the local lulu's, get fit and bring them home for several months. I finally broke down, swallowed my pride and went with her to get them. I have been completely blown away. I would have never paid that much for what I had previously considered a basic khaki pant. Boy was I wrong!

Galvin Green Achilles jacket, ProQuip Stormforce trousers. Even though they were on sale, they were still expensive. Keep my nice and dry in rainy weather.

Zero Restriction outer wear.

Agreed. Everything I've purchased from them has impressed me. Pricey but worth it.

RLX hoodie is so comfortable. Like wearing a dri-fit hoodie that can be dressed up or down.

Another vote for Bonobos Highland Golf pants. A few different fits and weights; the whole line of Bonobos golf pants is awesome. Heck, I think I'm up to about 12 pair. They go on sale fairly often if you pay attention as well!

All my J.Lindeberg and BOSS shirts have been great.

I've been very impressed with everything that I've bought from Proquip. After getting some mid-layer and wind outerwear via one of their mystery box sales, I ended up buying lots of other clothing from them. I've especially been impressed by their rain gear.

I have a couple of Greyson shirts that I absolutely love. Medium in a polo is a perfect fit. Would medium be the right call for the Quarter Zip as well?

Have had great luck finding Greyson shirts on ebay for around $20

The fit is about the same, but some of their older quarter zips run a bit looser.

I picked up the RLX Cashmere Golf Hoodie this past fall. Thought it was kind of ridiculous, but grabbed it at a fair discount. So, impressed. Wear it often and get tons of compliments!

Like lululemon but pants get too staticy- Greyson montauk are where it’s at.
