Anyone had a chance to play both? Thoughts?

Thanks.

Hopefully with the actual release yesterday some more reviews will start to come in. I chose to wing it and purchase a SIM Ti 3-wood over the max but haven’t hit either, just going off previous models and personal likes.

I bought sim max, haven't hit it enough to give a opinion. I was really bummed when I found out the shaft was glued and not changeable. Might have changed my choice just by that.

I went with the Sim TI 5W - it’s an absolute cannon. Long, mid-high trajectory and a tight ball flight. just explosive off the face, really fun club to hit.

I’ve got a glued shaft in a Wilson D7 driver. It looks sleeker from address and also feels great. Glued hosel is an attractive feature to me.

Have the SIM 15 for two weeks now. Really loving the performance and look. Feels great and long. Sounds nice off the face easy to hit deck or tee. Have the Hybrid too and loving it

I am finding the same results with the Ti 3 wood with a Graphite Design GP 7x shaft in it... its explosive and very consistent.

The TI fairways are like everyone has said really explosive. I hit down on the ball a ton and put a lot of spin on it so the TI made more sense for me than the Max. They were both great heads just the TI fit into my windows better.

Picked up a SIM Max 3/15 with the Ventus Blue shaft and it is a beast!! Only hit it indoors at a local simulator but already is my new favorite club in my bag!

I just purchased SIM MAX D type with great deal. I will pull out my IZ 7s and glue it to sim max. Very excited to see the result!

I made the mistake of hitting the TI, and it's likely going to chase my trusty M2 3 wood out of the bag. With the same shaft, I'm getting a better trajectory and it's a super consistent couple yard fade. The 3 wood is easily the worst club in my bag, so picking up some improvement there would be a big positive.

Love the look, but not the feel for me. Going G410s.

Did you ever get a chance to compare the Sim with the M5 TI fairway ? Traded my Titleist woods for the M5 TI 3 wood and I am pleasantly surprised....I am Tiger !!

I didn’t, regret not trying the M5 last year because I never got comfortable with any FW’s in ‘19
