Golf Tees, what color?

So, I've never really thought of this before, but saw a video of Trott showing J Day's bag and he mentions at the start that he uses black tees because he doesn't like the white marks on his driver. Im constantly rubbing them off, but I think I've always used white tees.

What do you guys use?

Whatever I find, though the course I play most often uses uncolored tees.

I buy bags of citrus colored. Pink, green and orange.

I use either naturally wooden ones or plastic ones. Don't care for the marks left by white tees.

Black tees and Yellow Tees - various homages to U of Iowa printed on them.

Green tees with Nicklaus '86 in yellow.

Used to use natural color, but now use orange epoch.

Hot pink plastic, easy to spot and not many can steal them without me noticing!

Natural is the only way to go. No scraping paint from the bottom of the driver.

Never gave much thought to this. Wife game me some EAGLES tees for xmas. They are black. I don't care what color my tees are.

I use the natural color ones mostly because I can get a bag of 1000 of them for about 25$ on eBay.

Depends how I'm feeling, Usually natural, but do have a bunch of pink, lime green, & orange when I want to jazz it up

Natural is the one “color” I won’t use. I find them too difficult to find, they blend in too well. I’ll use mostly amy color but am partial to neon green.

Whatever color is on sale when I buy the plastic unbreakable tees typically. Though I’m against buying tees with nfl logo of a certain team specifically the Dallas team.

Definitly agree. The unbreakable tees are the best. Though I tend to lose the "little guy" iron tees more than I should.

Just whatever I have, genuinely not something that I have spent too much time thinking about. If I had a preference, it would be white I guess but looking in my little tee bag there are white, black and orange in there. Always wooden, never plastic.

White tees. All others should be thrown in a huge pit and burned! Just kidding. I think.

Plaid. I'll never go back.

Most in my bag are white. I was really stoked on the bamboo/natural ones that one of the local courses was selling, but I could only get one hit out of each tee...it's ludicrous how quickly those things snap.

Martini tees, the more vibrant the color the better for me.

Multi. Use Western Birch tees. At least two reasons: 1) darn good-lookin' tee, thus form. Buy 'em to match my bag or what I wear. Don't hit the ball a bit better, but the ball is stylin' off the tee, even when I plop it into the pond. There's that. And 2) darn near indestructible, thus function.

Like the color combinations of these tees and their hardiness. Need to buy a few more bags of varying colors and clothes, too. Plus 4s and Western Birch tees is quite a combination and shout - among other things! - golf. I'll keep the late-model Pings, however, even if they usually shout, dude, lesson, seriously.

Natural. I cant stand paint streaks on my clubs.

Natural. I hate the paint marks, plus the natural ones are free at my club so it's a no-brainer. They also have the short plastic one's on the par 3's and I grab a few extra to use on lay-up holes...so I guess I only hate marks on my driver lol.

Martini yellow, last forever, unless you lose them.

If I had to pick, I'd take natural wood. But no real preference, I'll use whatever I happen to have/pick up/buy.

If plastic I don't care, however, wooden tee's need to be white or natural. I hate the mark left on my ball from painted tee's.

Blue this year and last. Will likely need a restock after this season. I'm particular about tee length and I find the freebies at courses are too short when I'm playing with tee height. Don't really care about the color.
