Who will win more PGA tour events in their Career? Koepka, Reed or Fowler?

The way he’s played in the last few years seeing rickie in the same group seems silly but he def has talent and hopefully can win a major. With that said, most wins - reed probably.

Reed. I like Fowler the best of the bunch cause he seems like the best person, but Reed is miles ahead of him in terms on ability to win. Koepka's run is going to flame out spectacularly at some point, and I wouldn't be surprised if it is soon. Or maybe that's just what I'm rooting for ever since he decided to take his whole "I'm too cool for golf" stance.

Recency Bias says Reed

Long term I could see Reed with more wins Brooks ends with more majors

Rick probably gets a few more wins and could still be a late bloomer in the majors but needs to get rid of the big number.

Fowler is not even in the question if you ask me.

It’s between Koepka and Reed and my hunch would be Reed. I genuinely cannot see Koepka still chipping away at things by the time he gets to 40. Reed on the other hand will still be going when he is 60.

Overall wins: Reed

Overall Majors: Koepka, only because getting even 1 is hard, let alone 5 (to beat Koepka).

Koepka strikes me as a guy that once he makes enough money he'll quit and say, "golf was boring anyway."

Fowler is a bit of a mystery. He has the type of talent that should have twice as many wins as he does already. I can only think it's something mental with him...

Reed seems to be the most competitive of the three, a phenomenal putter, and has a non-injury-prone swing. He keeps with his draw and isn't out there chasing Cameron Champ like distances. He's got the type of swing you can see working through a lifetime, whereas I've always thought Ricky's or Koepka are going to cause back problems at some point.

I've always thought it's unfortunate that Reed cheats or gets himself involved in messy situations. He's such an incredible golf talent overall.

I agree. Koepka is the most talented but Reed is talented and driven to win every week he comes out.

And Fowler of course doesn't belong in this conversation. Koepka and Reed are younger and Koepka's got almost as many majors as Fowler does overall wins. Fowler is in the Kuckar-like territory. Good career and will probably end up with double digit tour wins and if he gets hot could win a major or two like Kuch almost did at Birkdale before Spieth went unconscious.

Its Reed, no doubt. The man doesn’t care what anyone thinks. Koepka cares what EVERYONE thinks about him, the fragile little thing will crumble pretty soon.

I want Fowler to win more but he isn’t going to. There is an off chance he passes Rocco Mediate for career wins but he will never catch Reed, even if Reed never wins again.

Fowler. 5 wins. Win rate 2.1%. That's a little higher than Jimmy Walker and a lot less than Snedeker, so I project Fowler to win 10 events before he retires.

Reed: 8 wins. Win rate 3.8%. That record blows Rickie out of the water. 3.8% puts him in the company of Bubba and Zach. So maybe 15 wins.

Koepka: 7 wins. Win rate 5.4%. So the clear winner unless he has health problems.

I suggest reading Koepka’s interview with GQ. He said something like: “I’m in the position to just quit golf and go do something where you would never hear from me again. But I love golf, I just don’t like the whole Country Club/exclusive atmosphere that comes with it”.

I agree. Reed will end up with the best over all career. Koepka could never win another major and still have more than Reed and Fowler combined though.

I think this is all but certain. Reed is the most driven of the three and I'd take him to win the most tournaments but is not particularly long so I think there's certain major courses he'd have a difficult time winning at. I'd put his expected major win total at 2.5 (including the one he already has). Fowler I'd put at 0.5 (could win won but far from a certainty. If you told me Koepka never wins another major I'd still take his total over Reed/Fowler and I honestly don't think it's that difficult a decision.

My money would be on Reed for this trio. Say what you want about him personally or cheating or anything else, he has the drive to win. He is always hanging around the top of the leaderboard. Brief stint last year of bad play but he quickly turned it around. Koepka only cares about majors, but I would assume injuries may slow him down. Plus he doesn't strike me at the guy who will play forever. Who knows with him. One day he seems like he is locked in and can't be beat, then he just acts as if it is a weekly Sunday foursome with his buddies. As for Fowler, the guy just can't close. He is definitely the type who will play the game for a long time and make a lot of money doing so by making cuts and cashing checks which is pretty much what he does now. Zero shame in that. I think he has earned north of $30MM in his career already at 31. Not so bad. If he can keep being somewhat consistent doing what he is doing then he will have a fine career with earnings. Wins not so much.

Reed..... and when it’s all over, you will see what a D#CK Brooksie is. Also - ranking the wags: Fowler, Reed, Koepka.
