+1. I don't get people's obsession with Kim(but I am posting here). He hasn't played in 8yrs, won in 10yrs, never won a major(or really contended in one) and played in one RC(where he did ok with 2.5 points).

AK is the 'what if' obsession of the 'I only got into golf because of Tiger' generation.

If he stuck around for longer I'm sure there wouldnt be so many obsessed with him. But it's the mystique, I guess.

AK was an incredible player. He had a perfect swing, power, and could go low at any moment. You put AK’s game with a great golf mind (and semi-healthy body) and you’ve got maybe the best player in the world.

He’s an enigma. That certainly helps the “obsession” as well.

He was a solid am and turned that into a few very good years on tour. He had 3 wins, 3 major top tens, the birdie record at Augusta, waxing Sergio at RC...he was a lot of fun to watch and did it with Flair, the long hair, flatbills, and huge belt buckles. Crazy to think he doesnt play much if any golf.

A couple years ago a friend of mine ran into him at a casino in Texas I think but could be wrong, they were both at the same poker table. Said he talked to him briefly and then went on their poker way.

He was a very solid player at the tail end of the Tiger's dominance, those 2008-2010 years. I wish he would have stayed healthy or had the drive to make a push/comeback after his injuries. I guess he is ok with collecting that insurance money and enjoying life off that and his winnings and endorsements.

Anthony Kim never leaves golf, wins ever major since 2013 and goes 5-0 in every Ryder Cup. Nike never folds and Kim plays AK Bladz (Even Tiger now plays AK Bladz). Every Nike driver has an AK belt buckle on the crown and everyone on WRX bi***hes about it but buys it anyways because AK has more majors Jack.
