Corona vent!

We just got word that our company "sponsored" league may not be happening now until 5/1, which may cause us to lose our spot at our course! They're going to re-evaluate their decision in April, but we need to know if/when we're going to play now because we're supposed to start 4/2...I understand what they're trying to do, but how does 40 people spread throughout a golf course qualify as a large group activity?!?!? Sorry...Just been that kind of day and this was just the icing on the cake...

I'm with you. I'm all about taking this seriously but unless your company is making everyone work from home, how is playing golf more hazardous than being in an office setting? My company is still evaluating and hasn't made a decision yet but they want us prepared to work from home. The golf course seems like the safest place to be.

Perhaps a meteor will lay waste to the earth and destroy covid 19 once and for all.

Won't do much for golf, though.

I guess we're all in wait and see mode.

Unfortuanetly i get the impression that a lot of cancellations have more to do with not wanting to be held liable if something happens (specifically school closures and professional sports) and that just has a trickle down effect where everything now seems much more serious than it actually is
