Binging Downton Abbey looking for golf scenes.

I was scheduled to play a charity golf tournament in Tarzana on April 6. That was just PPD.

No change really. Keep playing golf and working on my game. Playing a 2 person BB on Monday and our POY comp day with our women's group on Thursday. If they start closing courses around here (unlikely, but possible), my hubby and I will head to the coast and go fishing.

My wife went out of town this weekend. I am home with the boys (5.5 and 2.5). Schedule is still very limited to the 2.5 yr old's routine (naptime from 1115-230). I planned to have the player's champ help me through the weekend.

I don't frequent this section much, so I guess this weekend I'll be on this site, looking for content to amuse me. I can only entertain my 5.5 yr old for so long.

Will probably take the boys to pga tour superstore later and let them putt for a while.

Will be able to practice or play next weekend. I just can't get out with the 2.5 yr old. He'd be all over the course.

I'm going to practice and play more golf. I really don't spend much time watching TV in the first place, including PGA tournaments. There are a few tournaments I watch every year but not many. I'd rather be outside than inside.

Unfortunately I’m doubly challenged, as I’m still under “no golf” orders as I recover from spinal fusion surgery. I probably would have played golf all weekend.

That said, my 16 yr old daughter’s boyfriend broke up with her yesterday and she’s taking it hard. I’ve been spending a lot of time consoling her since yesterday evening, and probably will the rest of this weekend. They are out of school for 2 weeks, so we will pack up tonight and head to the beach for a while after my wife’s tennis match this evening.

My wife tends to commandeer the TV when she’s home, so I typically either watch whatever she’s watching or go do something else around the house. We have several TVs of course, so I’ll go watch something else on another TV for a little while. That would usually be golf. I’m not sure what it will be today.

Luckily (?) it's a bit cold here today so I'll be cleaning out the garage a bit. Might go to the gym a bit later...will have to bring some sanitizer with me so I don't get Covid'ed.

Y’all should watch zerozerozero on prime. It’s about 8 episodes so that may help kill some no golf boredom.

generally I would just be playing but we are at about 30 mph winds in SoTex right now so Golf is a little bit less fun. Wind burn is a real thing my friends.

Bizarrely, I've found I have work to do.

Even I am shocked by this strange development.

My oldest has influenza and now I have something and so it’s been this site and binge watching Netflix. I hate watching old sporting events as I love the excitement of what’s going to happen and not knowing. We also just went through an incredibly warm Feb and early March but now are starting on 2 weeks of rain. Couldn’t have come at a worse time. My sons HS just closed for a month and cancelled all sporting events including golf. He just started (youngest) and I had to pay a lot more for golf than his basketball. That’s due to the sport not being able to generate income from fans, etc. that was supposed to include practice and range time. I’ve asked if the local golf course will still honor range time and waiting to hear back. I also asked if we don’t get that and if the season is cancelled do we get our money back. No word yet. I’m going to go stir crazy without sports to watch, being stunk inside being sick and everyone in panic mode. Roads are empty except for people going nuts at Costco and Sams. My mom was there at 6:50 and said the line was wrapped around the block and when she finally got inside it was panic as everyone was grabbing water, paper towels, cleaning supplies and all types of food.

she said one lady had 6 cartons of eggs. Who the hell can eat that many and also had 6 gallons of milk. That stuff goes bad so I don’t know what people are thinking.

Just threw up a load of jumpers at the gym for an hour and a half and now off to Fatburger for my traditional Saturday lunch. Later I'll hit the range and tonight I think I'll get back to my reading rather than Netflix. Tomorrow a round of golf...oh yeeeeeeaaaaaah!!!

I'd like to thank the media for reporting on panic buying a couple days ago which has led to most people losing their minds and taking part in the panic buying themselves. Great job!!

More playing, more "honey do" projects too. Have some club builds, have car fixes to execute on too. My line of work has been on coast for several months prior to fuss of virus. But all that throws another wet blanket on things. I make aerospace components, big guys are Boeing, Lockheed & Airbus. I'm small guppy that feeds off their fortunes. Sunday at Augusta is my Super Bowl. gonna miss it but I'll keep busy.

Played a club comp this morning. Shot a good round. So the Competition season is officially started. Always work to do.

Since I can't watch golf at work, I suppose I'll work. Or play Golf Clash.

We were planning on hitting the range and the course a little bit. But the weather says it is going to rain thru Tuesday, nice Wednesday, and then rain some more Thurs-Saturday next week. Bummer.

UFC Fight Night 170 airing now on ESPN2 from Brazil in an EMPTY stadium (no fans allowed). It's really weird, you just hear the trainers yelling to their fighters from each corner. And you can hear every punch/kick hit like the crack of a whip. Ouch!
