There's a lot on Youtube; more than any human can watch and certainly enough to pass away all this time we now have.

Not having any symptoms of Covid-19 and don't know anyone with them either. So far, our county in New Mexico has reported no cases. I pray it stays that way. Last night I watched "The DaVinci Code" on TV. I'd forgotten how intense & entertaining it was. I'm cleaning out some closets & donating lots of stuff to our Humane Society Resale Shop.

After returning home to Canada from California, my self-isolation ends this coming Saturday. Our golf course and all others in the area remain closed for the greater good and I am fine with it.

Realizing how much time we really had if we didnt focus on our jobs. It brings home how much we rely on social media and how overwhelmingly annoying it can be. I for one stayed off reading everything and anything related to the corona virus because we know what we know and nothing really isnt gonna change anything until people realize that hanging out with groups of people can transfer the bug so quickly especially to those who are immune suppressed and have a weak immune system already. Just stay home and enjoy your families. Makes it evident as well that we dont spend enough time with our kids in general and how the world is so much more interested in getting their next postin on facebook snap chat instgram, whatever it may be just so they can get a reaction from their friends or friends they have lost touch with and hope to have some sort of connection.

When I watch YouTube on the TV (the non-golf stuff), there are boatloads of Laurel and Hardy and The Three Stooges. I also like those street scene movies depicting life around mid-1890's to the 1920's. Many of those are speed-corrected and some even colorized.

im in an industry deemed essential, my client has deemed me essential, our vendor has deemed me non-essential, so I am attempting to work and monitor activities in a manufacturing facility remotely (FaceTime and WhatsApp video have become apps of choice). I personally am ready to get back to work. Working in the oil and gas industry, we have been hit hard and unfortunately, I am not far off from losing my job. I was in talks with another company (I know the CEO and have worked with them as their client rep for years) for a project manager position, then all this nonsense hit and they put all talks/hiring on hold. Hopefully it will open up soon and I can transition before I have to go on unemployment.

I live in the Houston area, and honestly the overall picture here has not been that bad. According to some models, we are a few days from “peak”, but there is no shortage of beds or anything projected for the state.

my only solace is: I’m still getting hours, I started running again since I’m not going to work and there’s a park with a wooded running trail a short walk from the house, and most golf courses around me are still open or are re-opening after closing down.

I have binged Tourist Sauce from No Laying up, and I have seen each season numerous times now. Other than the New Zealand/Australia one, I have not plans, nor do I expect to have plans to go there.

The Scotland one is awesome when I realized they were there the same time I was there in 2018. I also want to go back there very soon.

The Ireland one, I want to plan a trip there, and seeing those courses has helped me to pair down those.

The Carolina's one, I have played many of those courses and would go back to most of those in a heartbeat.

The California one, is fun too because I have some friends out there and would love to go out there for a trip.

Honestly, I am stuck at home, and my company has said we will be working from home until June 1st, seeing these and other groups travels helps my golf bug, even though I am getting to play a little bit since my course is open. It is only open for walking, noodles in the cups, no rakes, no range, the clubhouse is closed, but I have horrible allergies and the last three weeks have been brutal in Georgia, so to not alarms those I am playing with, with my stopped up head I have limited my playing.

Chipping on the back porch, Fishing in my kayak, Ghost Recon, home improvements list, and cycling on a smart trainer in the man cave!!

As a sales agent for a essential company I'm still going out 2 days a week to my biggest manufacturing plants and taking orders. Working the phones other days and enjoying listening to my music. Getting some good exercise cleaning up my timber.

I find myself doing just fine without televised golf.

Insurance companies are giving some money back to drivers since they are not driving. Can we get money back from the cable tv companies for useless sports content?

Isn't that weird? The Masters is my favorite tournament to watch and yet I didn't really miss it at all.
