right now I have a synergy prototype 80tx in my 3w and I really like it. It is basically the prototype for the atx tour green.

100% agree with above posts, Synergy Green Prototype is amazing. I have 60tx in driver, mid launch and keeps spin low while still having a nice feel. Like Kale said above, the synergy green prototype is what became the new ATX Tour green w/graphene that came out last year.

Rogue Silver 125 msi very good, Atx tour green and blue w/graphene depending which profile you want.

I love both the Rogue Silver 125 and the Rogue Black 110. The Black is going to feel smoother and easier to load whereas the Silver is a great stout shaft for a tighter feeling. Both made with really high end materials and can be had cheaply if you're patient.

My favorite driver shaft from them is the Rogue Silver 70s. Played it for about 3 years in my old Cobra LTD Pro. The Aldila Tour Green 65s that I recently got a hold of for my M3 might jump the Rogue Silver for the favorite category with how I’ve been hitting it lately.

For the 3 wood, first on my list is the Tour Blue 85s. Had it in a couple of 3 woods, and it’s very stable. Currently giving the NV 2kxv blue 70s a shot. Only had 1 round with it and no practice time because of this COVID-19 outbreak, but first impressions weren’t too bad. The NV 2kxv green is probably closer to the profile you’re looking for. The blue isn’t.

Add me to the Rogue Silver 125, amazing shaft, I also have the Rogue Black 110 a bit softer but very nice as well...

I have 2nd Gen Rogue Silver 110 in the driver and Tour Green 75 in the 3 wood, NV 2kxv blue in the hybrid.

I really like the Rogue White 130 in my Mavrik.

I've played the Tour Blue ATX 75TX in my last 2 drivers and it isn't going anywhere. I've always been low hitter but plenty of speed and this shaft just flat out works for me. Still trying to find that same magic in the 3W so I'll be following to see what others have to say!

It fan of the Rogue 125 70 TX. I used to play in my 915 and actually just picked one up on eBay for cheap and bought a ts2 head to go with it. I love the way the shaft shrinks dispersion for me. As stout as anything I’ve tried in the past and still feels very good in my opinion.

OP- if you are looking for stiff handle and stiff tip, i know the Mitsubishi Diamana ZF fits that profile, Fujikura Ventus, GD Tour ad GP off top of my head fit that description

Another vote for the tour blue. Use the 75x in both driver and 3 wood at times and always feels good. Slightly counterbalanced allows for some hotmelt also. And best part you can find cheap!!

Thanks I appreciate the other shafts as well. So I take it the above mentioned Aldila shafts would work for me as well? I just have no idea about profile. Thanks for the help!

3WD: NV-75 & 85 were and still are hard to beat.

No problem. The Tour green is a little softer in the butt section (white board type profile), most of the blue profile shafts have stiff butt section and not as stiff in tip section.

Anyone had experience with the new RIPx shaft? If so, how does it compare to the above mentioned?

I do not use the type of shaft you describe. But if I did, I would choose the RIP Alpha in 70 or 80. It is the definition of STIFF.

The new RIP x shaft is one that I am considering. Either that or something from the Rogue series for driver, and I have no clue about 3 wood yet. That's why I am loving the recommendations. Please keep them coming!

If you like a stiffer overall profile, then Aldila Rogue silver 130 msi is way to go. The Rogue White 130 is a tad more active from everyone’s feedback.

If you want stiff across the board from Aldila, any of the Rogue Silver offerings and Rogue MAX Low Launch are hard to beat.

The RIP alpha is my personal favorite, but that shaft feels stiffer than it plays (the lower torque plays a big part in that and part of the reason I like it).

How does the Silver compare to the white? I will have to check out the Alpha. I have heard nothing but good things! Have you hit the new RIP x shaft, and if so, how does it compare to the Alpha?

The Rogue White is supposed to be somewhere between the Black and Silver (main differences between the Rogues are the tip stiffness and taper through the mid section, butts are very similar). You can also lump the Rogue I/O in with the Silvers. I believe that the Rogue MAX LL has the stiffest tip of all and has a more conventional balance point vs the other Rogues.

Unfortunately I have not tried RIP X but it sounds like a cross between the RIP alpha and Black MAMBA.

Tour Green and don’t look back! It’s cheap now but still a fantastic shaft. Rahm still uses it in his driver and with great results. Like another poster said, I’m still using the Tour Blue TX in my driver and I love it. It’s getting installed in my “new to me” g400lst in the next week or so. I used to use the Tour Green, but needed a little more height as it is a real bullet machine.

Another vote for the RIP Alpha. I have used this shaft for years.... and currently see no reason to change.
