Callaway Preowned has some Killer Deals Going on Now....

I ordered a set of irons from them a month ago (have only played them for six holes before the shutdown), and as always was satisfied. I've been looking to replace my rogue sz 3 wood, and had decided on an epic flash in as new condition. They have had 40% off for a while on these, but today I noticed that the original price had dropped and the 40% off was still in place...same for the epic flash drivers from what I could see. Picked up an as new 3 wood for $120 shipped plus tax...with tensei. The other stock shafts (evenflow green and hzrdus) were actually a few bucks cheaper. As new drivers looked to be about $237 plus tax...Cheapest I have seen them.

Its true. I've been picking up putters and some individual irons for my combo set for pennies on the dollar right now. Apex Pro irons for like $60....O-Works putters for $70, etc.

Was talking to my rep out there this week and he was telling me if you can wait on shipping, these deals are actually better than their Black Friday deals. I am trying to decide if I need anything right now. I'll probably buy something today or tomorrow just for the principal of it. Doing my best to help keep the economy going.

Just an FYI, Shipping is delayed from what I can tell. Friend bought two MD 4 wedges last Friday and still hasn’t received a shipping confirmation. I bought an Epic Flash 3 wood in very good condition mid March (March 16th) and received it a few days later. I can only speculate that their warehouse in Dallas might not be operating at full staff with Covid_19 happening.

Doesn’t matter to him though because courses are closed here so no rush to get them anyway.

Against my better judgment I just ordered over the phone to save on shipping and they mentioned they expected orders to go out early next week. My last few orders haven't been that great but they are typically good with returns so I'll take another chance.

Not unless there is an issue with your order which has been my experience the last couple times. The "Disappointed in CPO" thread details some of the issues that have become more prominent within the last 6 months-1 year including my own. I'm sure there are more with good experiences than bad, it just seems the gap has shrunk a little bit. As I mentioned they are mostly good to work with should you encounter any.

Prices were changed back to normal as I was checking out! Darn.

Someone on wrx was selling one (with ad di) as well. It was shown into me, but I didn't feel like spending the additional $$ for the shaft over the stock shaft I ended up getting from cally preowned.

Despite getting burnt on "Like New" clubs several times (see my contributions to the "Disappointed in Callaway Pre-Owned" thread), like the sucker I am I spent $100 on a "Like New" Stroke Lab #3 putter.

I was thinking about trying out a putter with a little more toe hang than my SS 8, wanted to try a non-plumber's neck, really loved the balance of the Stroke Lab putters when I tried them out in stores, and love the Versa color alignment, so... why not? That's a damn good deal for an excellent condition putter that was $250 a year ago. Assuming it arrives in the stated condition.

I ordered last Tuesday I believe and got my shipping notification on Saturday. Doesn't look like it's actually been picked up by UPS yet, however I'm pretty sure they ship out everything at the end of the day anyway. I'm guessing I'll have the putter by Thursday or Friday.

The sales reps can sometimes see things you cant, but its only because of the system delay. IIRC the website is updated every 2-3 hours with inventory

I will add that if you see something on their ebay store, but you want to buy it using the current promotion on the website, you can call your rep and he/she will likely apply the current promotion. Please note that any % discounts will be taken off the "full price" on ebay, not the listed price. Still there are often items on the ebay store listed at 20% off and a phone call will net you an extra 10% off. This may or may not depend on your rep.
