So I can get the Gen 2 for $149 per iron. What’s everyone’s thoughts on that deal. Don’t get me wrong, I would love the want the Gen 3 but just can’t justify $340 per iron. I tried the 0211’s but did not like the longer blade length compared to my i200’s. Have been a 30 yr Ping player but temper to try the PXG forged line. Obviously can’t try them right now, worth a gamble ?

I bought them. Steelfiber included as a shaft option made it a no brainer to give it a whirl. Havent hit them yet though lol. Coming from 0211 myself

I purchased them at $159 per iron a few weeks ago. Still worth it to me, and even better now for those on the fence.

If you do a phone fitting just ask them to annotate your account so you can visit a mobile fitter in future to have your irons checked, and adjusted if needed.

$159 for everyone. no fittings though which would have been one of the big perks, not sure if phone fitting would be worth it?

Phone fitting is better than nothing, but if you don't go in knowing your stuff and your game, it can only do so much IMHO. I can't really resist an order for some Gen 2 irons. At the reduced price ($149 for lefties), and no up-charge Steelfiber 95, just too good to pass up. I was considering Accra Tour 90 stiff instead of the Steelfiber 95 regular, but without being able to test, I am playing it safe with the Steelfiber which I know well.

Golf courses need to open soon, as all I keep doing is ordering more iron sets.

LOL....GEN 2 P model irons are $159....and SOLD OUT, not GEN 3.

GEN 3 are discounted to $340...limited time.

well, party's over. gen2 P irons are sold out and instead of all shafts and grips included for the rest of the line, they are upcharges. most shafts are +25, most grips are +10. had a set in the cart and went up $280 and also out of stock. oh well.

Wow, glad I didn’t snooze and lose. Got in my order for a Gen2 0311 combo SGI/XF set a couple of days ago. The no-upcharge Steelfiber 95, expanded grip selection was a huge plus.

Anyone hit the gen 2 fairway woods or hybrid? I'm thinking of replacing my 818h2 but don't know anyone that has hit the PXG's. I'm in love with the look and the price is right for a switch.

I had the FW/hybrids in both the GEN1 and GEN2....perfect size, nice looking with very good performance and feel. As good as anything out there, IMHO.

But since I am a golf WRX ho, I had to move on just because.....

Just ordered the gen 2 XF 3i to try as a DI. Wish I found out about this sooner to get a no up charge shaft and grip.

I ended up getting a Gen2 XF 4i in black to use for a driving iron and the Gen2 19* hybrid. Great discount on the equipment but $65 for shipping made me choke on my beer.

It was confirmed yesterday that PXG will be extending their current special pricing originally scheduled to end on May 1, through the month of May.

They have had the best month ever as a company and haven’t had any layoffs related to the COVID19.

The special pricing will continue on their 0211 irons, Gen2 and Gen3 irons, putters, drivers, fairways and hybrids.

No word on if wedges will be included but I don’t expect it.

‘I’m hearing an official announcement will come from PXG directly on 5/3.

I would definitely do it this month. Considering how late the announcement came, I wouldn’t expect it to go into next month.
