Arccos and Gear S3 Smartwatch

Played first round yesterday with Arccos system and it did pretty well ..however few glitches that I would like to see if anyone else came across.

I have Android phone and Gear 3 watch. Phone was in pocket the whole time, phone was on left wrist, but 3 times the watch lost connection and displayed only "???" I stopped the app on the watch and restarted and 2 out of the 3 times it came back, i played the last 2 holes with now GPS. Anyone else seen this behavior?

Second was the putter. Did not recognize 90% of my putts and had to be entered manually. Not 100% sure what triggers the putting, but thought it would be the same, microphone hears the putt and adds it to the score. Tap ins are a little different i am aware.

Thoughts?

For the putter are you using the putter sensor (all black one)? From my understanding its different then the rest of the sensors. That said, I have yet to play a round where a manual edit of some sort wasn't required ---- especially putting. Not sure on Android phone/watch as I use iOS and it works pretty darn well.
