Struggling Clearing Hips on Downswing - Inconsistent Striking HELP !!!!!

I have a very difficult time clearing my hips in the downswing. This results in very inconsistent ball striking especially with woods and driver. I feel like I do an ok job of beginning the downswing but then slide way to much into impact. As a result I think I flip the club a-lot which makes my swing too handsy. I think the cause of this is because I drop my hands too quickly and get stuck. Im not 100% sure though Any help or suggestions would be amazing.

For some context, this is a 7i which I usually carry around 180-185. I am 6'3 and am a 7 index CH 11. My ball flight when its at its best is a 3-5yd draw. Before I started golfing I played 13+ years of competitive baseball nearly everyday. I think this contributes to my struggle as I still move my hips like a baseball swing.

You can’t clear your hips the way your arms work. They work down way too much. Face on will tell more, but look how much more out and forward Rose’s arms and right shoulder are. I know the camera Angle is different, but the point is clear.

Thanks! I agree with your analysis. Do you have any advice on how to work on fixing this? I also have a face on from some dry swings a few days ago. One thing I have worked on since the video below is having more hip rotation on the backswing.
