Miura+Jack Nicklaus collaboration, what do you think?

His MacGregor VIP's for much of his career (the "tease" photos resembled them) are similar to the MB 001's, right?

What do you think the final product will be like?

And price, any higher? If so, a lot?

I know they make a MB-101 1 iron. Would be really cool if they offered this 1-pw.

Pretty much an exact replica of the old Mac Muirfield irons or the Mac signature blades I used to play. Nice looking blades.

Not a lot of info out there, but both Miura and the Jack Nicklaus Brand are part of 8AMGOLF. So this is where the connection is coming from. They will supposedly release sometime this year.

The curved top muscle boundary is similar to the mb001 design. And given that that design is already awesome, I can't see any downside here.

Unfortunately my baby blades are in my #1 and #2 irons seats so unless they make a "Baby Bear" or "Bear Cub" version, I'll just stick to ogling them. Being a Cal Bears alum, I love the golden bear stamp on them. ??

Just a marketing gimmick which I think Miura needs now that they have commercialized. I don't imagine there's anything too different and it's likely that it's just the Jack branding on an existing mold.

So no Golden Bear essence? no champion spirit? Just cold steel. No s-samurai? You must be a blast at parties.

Who cares...you can have tigers irons who plays today vs jacks who played 40 years ago.

Golf club companies should not be allowed to advertise or differentiate their brand in any way.

Just guessing, but they will be in a display case in purchasers home. Limited edition, very pricey, but, oh, so pretty.

Stunning though they are will they feel better than the original MacGregors? They were among the sweetest heads ever made.

Not too dissimilar to the JN Muirfield irons of old, maybe not as much curve in the muscle. I'm pretty sure they'll be a bigger blade, cause the Muirfields were TINY!

Will Jack be playing these? Wasn’t he using P790s at the Father and win tourney?

Does anyone know if these are just the MB-101's with Jack's stamping?

I think they’re awesome doesn’t look like there’s much of any camber on the sole which pretty much rules them out for me

I was thinking that the muscle was more like the Muirfield 20ths than the Muirfields, but the biggest change seems to be in his signature.

The "J" is less rounded, the "N" has a longer, more curved descender now, and the loop of the "s" is now closed.

Can we be sure that the real Jack Nicklaus engraved these??
