Non-permanent White fill for black alignment lines

I was wondering if anyone had a good idea to temporarily fill the black alignment line on a Spider X. I want to try it out with just the white “Y” alignment with no thin sight line. Obviously a white full of some sort. Suggestions? Thanks.

I bought an Evnroll putter and used a silver sharpie to fill in the white line. It is not perfect but it is better than nothing.

White nail polish. Its what I use on all my paint fills anyway - sturdy, easy to apply/cleanup and very easy to remove if you want to.

Love the nail polish idea, assuming acetone won’t pull up the stock black paint in the line if I want to remove. My wife actually came up with the idea to roll a line of correction tape from Staples over it. Rubs right off if you don’t like it but not very smooth.

Pinstriping tape. You can get it at an auto parts store or Wal Mart or whatever.

I'm pretty sure it's technically not legal for tournament play, if you're concerned about that, so you'd have to actually paint on the line before playing in a tournament. The reason being that the tape is not permanently affixed to the putter, which I think is what you actually want anyway.

Nail polish or Testors enamel is what I’ve used. Testors for a more permanent solution. Sounds like nail polish is probably your best best. Use nail polish remover to take it off it you don’t like it. It won’t harm the stock paint. Stock paints are very hard and even pure acetone takes time and a lot of elbow grease. When I strip stock the paint on putters I use a paint stripper. Much less work than acetone and even so I’ve had to use multiple coats of paint stripper on certain putters/paint (ie Scotty’s white paint on black finish...what a pita).
