Anyone happen to catch it and what he is using or am I late to the party??

I have one in my Byron Morgan; it's the real deal. Brad Faxon is trying one as well; he's made a putt or two. They're good..... Also, Na, Bryson and Im, I believe.

LA Golf TPZone - Its 135 grams. I just put the black version in my newport 2. Its great. Very stable and you can def tell the difference over the stock steel shaft. Has a considerably heavier feel. TPZone Putter Shaft

Any remote comparison to either stability and or stroke lab?

Haven't played stability but I have played stroke lab. LA shaft is 100% heavier feel, stiffer, more stable than the stroke lab I played.

Stroke Lab isn't meant for same performance just looks similar. I believe it is graphite in the top 2/3 so more weight could be putt in the hands since graphite is lighter

I have a Matrix PT125 in my Epon I-33 I wonder how these compare other than heft. I do have a 100g grip on mine and I-33 is a heavy head so might be quite similar.

You bet bud. Say hi to Byron for me from MN! His putters are unreal....we all know that....had to bore out the hosel a tiny bit to get the LA shaft to fit. But, it’s a magic combo.

Of course Faxon made a putt or two before this shaft existed as well.

Anyone played the original OZIK putter shaft and this one that could compare?

I have a Black OZIK in my T22 and love it so I will def be getting, but I would love to hear from someone who uses.

The OZIK putter shafts are $400? Wow. I thought the stability shafts were crazy expensive, they seem like a deal now.

They used to be 250 until recently. But looks like this has changed and they are cashing in on the tour presence.

I'm guessing that the increased cost is due to the materials - there is an added material that is $2,000 per lb that is/was used in the TPHD driver shaft. Like the age-old adage...you get what you pay for. I'm likely to get one and try it out myself. I'm looking for anything that can make my NP2 Tour better. If it's good enough for Rickie and Faxon, I can't think of any reason why I shouldn't give it a shot (other than the $).

I would love to see if their putts per green going down with that shaft vs a normal shaft.

I was tempted to get a fancy shaft on my Artisan but decided it wasn't worth it for me.

I’m debating between this and the stability shaft. Anyone have any experience?

I've tried the stability shaft and the stroke lab and I did not get along with either, I didn't like the counter-balance feel. I would really love to try the LAGP shaft but I am having a hard time pulling the trigger on a $400 putter shaft.

Look on the bay and amazon. I believe they are still mid $200's on there. LA Golf just raised the price last week for $280-$400. I have a white one in my T22 Tour and a black one in my 009 and they are solid. Def a heavier feel. Took me a few rounds to adjust but now it is great.

How about some comparison pictures of the white and black please? Trying to decide which way to go. Thanks

I'll post some tomorrow. My sticks are at the club. I have been getting a lot of PM's asking for full review of these. I have been using them for about a month now and have gotten "used" to them. I am actually going to roll some putts with a GSS I have with a steel shaft in tomorrow to see how it feels. I will post some comparison pics and thoughts after that.

it looks like you have to sand them down to fit in a Scotty Cameron with a plumbers neck based on the tip sizes unless I’m missing something.

You are spot on. I believe these are .370 and Scottys are around .355.

Ok so today I brought all three of the below putters onto the practice green and spent about an hour messing around. I have been playing with the T22 for the past 2-3 weeks and played the 009 last week. After comparing today.... I have to say I love the LA shaft. It feels so much better and I roll the ball much more consistently than with the basic steel. Its funny because if you would have asked me before I compared them all today I would have said that I was impartial and could use either the steel or the LA. The weight distribution is so nice and my distance control was a lot better with the LA than the steel as well. Check the pics out below. Let me know if anyone has any questions.

Nice putters. You should definitely sell me that 009.

These are cool and I think more companies will start offering an ultra-stiff putter shaft given the uptick in popularity.

But $400? Give me a break. They are just increasing the price to see if they can get away with it. The old Matrix putter shafts were basically the same thing and they have been selling in the $150-200 range for years. And lots of people thought that was too expensive. It doesn't take lots of expensive materials or R&D to make a heavy stiff graphite shaft.
