Thanks for posting pictures. The two in the middle are most important for me. Address looks great and v-sole is alive and well.

Those look great. Interesting that the ZX5 pic shows only thru PW but the ZX7 shows thru SW.

Sticking with the 785's next year, but man those ZX7's look fantastic!

The ZX7 looks to have gone to a slightly larger profile and a touch more offset than the 785. They’ve gone back to the tungsten in the toe as well so it seems to me they’ve tried to make these a touch more forgiving than their predecessors.

What does that mean for the Z-Forged (assuming they’re will update it shortly)?

ZX7 look so good. In my opinion, Srixon has the best looking shapes to their irons versus any other manufacturer. Nice to hear they incorporated the tungsten back into the design as well.

Agree, the ZX7 looks great. I have played the Z945, Z-Forged, Z765, and Z785...all barely beat out by the Bridgestone J15 CB by a hair. I hope the ZX7 knocks the J15 CB out of the bag. If they are that good, it means they are special good!

The more I look at these, the more I want to see what Mizuno and Ping are coming out with. Something about them is not floating my boat.

This is exactly what I was thinking. I will reserve judgement until we see the in hand pics, but it doesn't look promising.

Nice looking clubs. I'm wondering if these are forged in Japan?

Pretty sure the previous gens were forged by Endo and I’m sure these will be no different

I’m in this camp. Will wait to see them in hand but on first glance they’re a bit busy with all the lines. Seems like someone at Srixon is having a few cocktails and cranking up the milling machine. A little less bounce would be an improvement IMO. I find the Hogan v-sole is more subtle and more to my liking.

Is the Z7 GW going to be something totally different like the Z765 or will it match the set?

I guess it depends what you compare them to. For the 7s agree they may look a little busier, but for the 5s the new look is a huge improvement IMO since they don't have that black plastic on the back anymore.

Yes, you are spot on about the new z5XX series. This may be the best one yet. I didn’t like that badging either on the 585.

And yeah, I was commenting on the z7XX because it seems like that series was basically perfected when they released the 745 and lookswise they’ve gone a little backwards with each subsequent release. I did like how the 765 played, and everyone raves about the 785, but IMO neither has the simple elegance of the 745.

I am sure they will play great. Everything Srixon releases is quality. I’ve got the bonded hosel z585 driver in my bag now and it competes with anything. Sounds awesome and smashes the ball.

Yeah, the black badging in the cavity was horrible in the past 5 series irons.........this new model is a HUGE improvement visually with no colored badging.......not sure when these manufacturers are going to get it that most consumers like that uniform/clean steel look.

That ZX is sick looking! The sole flute reminds me of my Miura 2.0 wedge. They've incorporated leading edge and sole relief for a while, and I have to agree with others here, they're coming strong in the looks department!

Pictures only do so much for me on a forum. Really can’t wait to see in person and compare to my Bridgestones. Thinking about moving into more of a combo set with blades from 8-pw and Srixon has some of the most playable, best looking blades to my eye.

One of the things I love about Bridgestone shapes is the size of the face from the heel side is a little higher and the toe is slightly squared off. Frames the ball so well.

Here’s to hoping they refined the shaping of the toe a little more.
