I googled golf stability shoe and found the True Linkswear. My goal was to have a shoe that a lot of people don't have (particularly trying to avoid those $70 adidas that everybody has)

The True Original was slick and looks less like an old man shoe IMHO but I was impatient and picked up the ECCO Biom Hybrid 3. They are just as comfortable as the Footjoy Pros but they look better to me. I only played in them twice but the stability is good. After rain I'm playing the Footjoy ProSL because they wipe clean and the Ecco leather is so soft and supple, I don't trust them in adverse conditions. Yes, they are goretex but I bought these just because they look and feel good and I want to keep them looking good.

Having worn Sqairz now for about 14 rounds I believe them to be the best golf shoes I've ever owned and they got my vote. Style, fit, comfort, sturdiness, excellent quality and performance are all there.

One vote in for anything Adidas spikeless with Boost (foam outersole) technology.

I'm a walker. I'm usually pushing a cart, but I'll carry if I'm playing 9 holes. Buying a pair of Adidas Adicross Boost shoes last season was a game-changer for me, Probably these most confortable golf shoes I've ever worn. They're light, the foam soles provide a great deal of cushioning, and zero pinchpoints, yet I don't feel as if I lost any connection to the ground. Now I've got 3 pairs of various Adidas golf shoes, all with Boost technology, all of them designed with materials similar to running shoes. What makes them nice is I can just pull out in the insoles and shoe laces and toss them into the wash when they get dirty.

I even played a game of soccer with my nieces and nephews last year wearing them. I showed up to a family picnic wearing flip flops but had my golf shoes in the car, and they were perfectly fine for running around on the turf. Yup, I'm definitely a fan of the Adidas Boost stuff.

Nike Air Zoom Infinity Tour not being on the pre-built form is a bit unfortunate. Hopefully it will get a lot of write-ins.

True Linkswear TL-01 - zero drop, light, and feel like slippers. I honestly hit the ball better with True's on as well - zero drop makes so much difference for me!

Cuater Moneymaker and Legend have really impressed me this week. I've walked 18 in both pair and they feel as good as any shoe I've worn. They remind me of the first time I wore the Ecco's a dozen years ago.
