Also Jerry Foltz is a mensch, we had a nice chat right before he went live about quitting tobacco last year. I recommend patches if you haven't tried them.

To each his own but I agree with the others here who like Frank. Seems personable and still has a good pulse on the player mindset.

Frank's cool. The problem is that there's too much commentary in general. Not all "dead air" needs to be filled with someone talking.

Frank Nobilo is a class gentleman who is very intelligent and understated, coverage would be much better for televised golf if some other announcers would take a page out of his book.

I don’t mind him at all. The only announcer I’ve ever really disliked was Gary McCord. I honestly could not stand a broadcast with McCord trying unsuccessfully to be funny..
