Vertically challenged driver length

What length are the vertically challenged guys playing? I'm 5' 6" and just curious what my other short guys are playing.

5'5, its the only club I play at the standard length of modern clubs. I tried different variations of from 1/2 to 2 inches shorter but they never worked, I saw no improvement in contact in the 44 range, and all the lengths in 43 looked and felt weird to me swinging. I do use a lightweight shaft to help square it up, and a high lofted head to keep the ball in the air.

I’m standard length and lie or 2* upright for a guy who is 5-3.

I am more sensitive about static shaft weight, swing weight and brand.

Also finally figured what setting works for my with my new Mizuno ST200 driver. Learned 11.5* at 1* upright gave me high power draws; easy 240-250 yard drives with roll.

I'm 5'7" and played a 44 or 44-1/4" driver for past 15 years, at least. I also have a relatively longer torso and arms, so my hands are somewhat closer to the ground when just hanging from at my sides. So, I normally play shorter clubs with flatter lies.

That said, I recently acquired a shaft to try out and rather than just cut it to my usual playing length, I left it as-is and have been playing with it at 45" for the past few weeks. To be honest, it's just fine at this length. While I can't say I notice any extra distance, it still seems just as accurate for me. Was a very seamless transition, so I'll probably just leave it at 45". Just yesterday I played a round where I only missed one fairway, so it seems to work for me.

I'm still a proponent of shorter driver lengths for those who struggle with driver control. But, I guess my own game and skills have improved to the point where I'm less sensitive to this particular club trait than I might've been in earlier years.

I've tried the lightweight route and it was not for me AT ALL. My swing is too aggressive for most lightweight shafts so I'm looking at something in the 65-70g range. My SS is in the 100-105 range and I'm hitting my driver way too so I'm thinking a shorter and stiffer shaft might help me get a few more yards and some more control over the face

Im 5'7 with longer arms and i have to cut at least an inch of my driver shafts. 44" for me right now with my current gamer and loving it.
