USPS Shipping Slow?

Last week purchased a club off Ebay. Tracking number was provided and that’s been it. 5 business have passed still no club. Seller claims Covid is causing delays and his items are taking 2-3 weeks delivery time. His feed back has comment about slow shipping the rest have fast shipping feedback.

Anyone else have shipping issues. BTW bought an item from Houston, 4 days I had product. Very skeptical about this seller

The tracking number will tell you if it is transit for if USPS is still waiting to receive the package.

He probably bought the label and hasn't shipped the item.

The USPS is having issues in certain parts of the country with shipping delays. Taking much longer than normal in many instances. Here are a couple of current threads from the WRX Deal Or No Deal sub forum on it.

I've experienced delays from nearly every shipment I've ordered since all this nonsense started.

Had one item - just a new hat, not like it was some large item - sit on "Pending Delivery" for over a week just recently. Finally got delivered and it looked like someone had been using the box as a soccer ball.

It took 21 days to travel less than 350 miles in NY last month. Buyer ripped me up and posted a bad review. I did everything I could to appease him, but it didn’t matter, even gave him a refund. Then the item showed up. USPS is really providing poor service. I’m now using FedX, but they still can’t provide 2 day shipping. COVID has taken a toll and people have no patience.

I ordered two shafts on eBay two weeks ago, one came from Golfworks in Ohio and it arrived via USPS priority in two days. The other came from LA. Via priority and it just arrived yesterday. It sat showing as “In Transit” for over a week and a half. In fact status didn’t change until the the day it arrived.

Edit: I forgot to add I ordered a head cover from Seamus. It shipped from Oregon to Texas vis first class mail in 2 days, faster than normal priority.

I too have been experiencing extremely slow delivery with USPS. Fed Ex has been much better, have to hope for understanding buyers as it is hard to control USPS shipping.

Lots of delays all around. I ordered some clothes from Duluth Trading on June 25. Up until yesterday the tracking via UPS Mail Innovations (it’s actually a usps service) said “Expected Delivery July 1 by 9:00PM” Yesterday afternoon it changed to Out for Delivery only after it was in my mailbox. Today it said “Delivered”

I'm not sure if you actually took the time to read some of the replies to your initial post but take a deep breath, calm down, and wait for your package. USPS tracking in the best of times is bad. Millions of people, not just you, have been impacted over the last 3+ months waiting for packages to be delivered regardless of carrier or distance being shipped. All you can do is follow the tracking and wait for your package to arrive. Not sure who you purchased from but it's not the sellers fault once they tender the package to USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. Since you think it's a seller issue care to share who the seller is and why you are skeptical?

Many people really need to take a step back, use common sense and relax when a package does not arrive as quickly as they did a few months back.

Since March, I've had packages take two months to go four states over.

I have had two packages get held up in Chicago for a week each going from IL to Ohio. 100% USPS having some issues in some places. Be patient.

USPS is all out of wack recently. Some items arrive as normal and some are being delayed from my recent experience. Recently had a putter delivered a few days late and the tracking was updated after actual delivery. YES, tracking listed "USPS in possession" the whole time (shipping from NJ to CA). I originally thought it was going to be a lost package for seller but decided to wait and have a little patience.

I also sold a head and it took 1 month to deliver. Short story, I refunded the buyer and when it arrived randomly, I was paid for the head. We both filed claims with no response HOWEVER, USPS was nice enough to respond a couple weeks ago saying "they had no luck finding the package", when it was actually delivered in late April. LOL

I had two issues with usps recently.

shipped priority to city 500 miles away. Took two weeks and tracking never updated.shipped priority, tracking never showed anything other than labeled created. Took one weekI sold a few other things and they went cross country in 3 days.
