Feeling floaty

Used to pull the snot out of a ball, now I spend my afternoons blocking the ball down the right.I feel like I'm standing up on the ball of my lead foot at impact no matter what I try. Basement got cold, had to rock the socks and sandals.

Still a work in progress, I tightened it up but feel a bit more restricted and maybe a bit to quick. Moved up to 130 gram shafts from 95, seems to keep me more stable but I think I need to be a bit more fluid. Its a 10 finger grip, right hand/arm dominant swing due to left shoulder issues. What I feel is the right arm dragging it up and pounding it down. My miss is a real high weak push due to timing, can't make the grip any stronger or I can't finish my back swing. If the V on my left hand isn't weak, my back swing ends slightly above my waist due to double jointedness in the shoulder. 

Ok to feel dragging it up and pounding it down, but I would suggest keeping weight more centered instead of the small amount of lateral you use to trigger the back swing through the first several inches.  Right shoulder needs to lead the drag parade from the top, the club head follows the drag.      Instead of "pounding it down" , how about circle it forward so it has the opportunity to go down.    You have speed to spare, just need to learn how the tighten the screws on it. 

Shortened it up a bit. Few wedges in the basement after work, sorry about the all black I went straight down to the dungeon. Tried swinging it around, think I'm a bit to vertical for that. Any critique is welcome, due to shoulder its all up and down. Struggles creep in on face closure for 5 iron, 4 hybrid and my woods. Thinking of maybe coming ott on the long clubs and hitting some big fades instead of blocks, is that an idea to practice?

Further shortening of the swing straightened it out quite a bit. Takes lots of using the noggin on the course to stop myself.

Slippers and beer and brownies and hatred of short back swings. End of my little personal blog here of frustration. Rollin with this until my knees, shoulder or back falls off. Can't replicate the speed. 

My attempt to no turn cast. I think I need some more turn in the no turn?
