P7 MC's look like they are from 1995......really dislike these.......
There's a touch of R9s in them, but back in 1995 TaylorMade were rocking things like Burner Tour irons and these are a step up from those things.
Are there thoughts about new Wedges as well? Thinking of getting a set of Milled Grind 2's...

Very nice.. love the beveled topline on the 770
Really loved the set of 2014 MCs, and the P7 MCs have shades of familiarity of them for me, so thats cool. But the 770s, are en fuego, those things are going to slay the market.

I made a suggestion in one of the ask Taylormade threads that they make a flow set that started with p760 size wedge and progressively get to the p790 size long irons. They told me to buy them both and make my own... My OCD just wouldn't allow me to mix them. The p770 could be the best of both worlds. Can't wait to try these out!

That P-7MC is really striking a chord w/me. Love the look.
It was tough for my eye at first because of the size difference, but making the lofts weaker helped with the offset and made the 4-6 790s deadly. Also, the data and performance on course convinced me to keep them in the bag before I shifted them out recently. I've fallen in love with the 760s and will probably look at the 7MC's for my next rotation.

Same here for me.. RAC TP 05 CB meets P-7 series.
that UDI looks mint
Check out the thread on replacing the 760. Taylormade posts in that thread and it’s where the large portion of talk on the irons has been or the one on p7mb
And I just bet my friend yesterday that I was done buying iron sets for two years... i’ve been hitting the p760’s so well... whatever. More money out the door.
Look great, mc's do have a touch of the 14 mc's which is a great looking head
OMG those 770s could be the first non Mizuno iron set I purchase in the last 10 years!
All look really cool. I'm interested to see where the D-hy stops regarding the iron it replaced? P7MC= Muscle Cavity?
That SIM UDI looks great. Looks like they took the best parts of the P790 (sleek aesthetics, forged) and the GAPR (adjustable weight) and smashed them together in a way that isn't obnoxious. I like!
Are these adjustable?
Swappable weight on the back, yeah, but I don't see any adjustable hosel there if that is what you're referring to.
14 MC? You guys must be like 18 yr old...
2005 RAC TP CB making a return with a slot
No slot on the MCs I don't believe. One piece forging from all the information out there.
Everyone raves about the Srixon 745's. Taylormade took note.
I was thinking the original RAC milled protos
Well, at least they picked the right set to copy...
Looks like there could possibly be a really good combo set w/ the new 770 and 790.
Srixon rang and want their 45 designs back
Same as the Bridgestone J40 CB and Srixon Z745. This Design just works
Yes, I’ve been looking for new short irons to replace my PSi’s since I’ve already got the p790s in 4-7i. Will have to try them both when available! Leaning p7MC just based on looks, and since I loved the old Tour Preferred MCs so much. September release would be perfect.
You can bend any forged iron. This is a big step up from the GAPR series. With the GAPR FCT you were forced to influence loft and lie at the same time. Now with a forged iron in a glued hosel you can isolate one from the other and influence loft and lie independently. Kudos to Taylormade for listening to their tour players and retail market on this one. Now if they could only do the same for their drivers and fairways....FCT 2.0?
