Matrix Ozix Black Tie Platinum "Tour Issue" 70M4 X-Stiff - HELP

I searched all over and could not find information on this shaft. A reputable seller has this listed as "Tour Issue", but I cannot find anywhere to verify. I know typically they have a T on a serial number, and I don't see that anywhere on it.

I really don't care if it is tour issue or not. I am more wondering if anyone has played the "Platinum" issue in the shaft or remembers information on it. I play the black tie shafts in hybrids and 3 wood, and RIP a70 X in my driver. To keep with the same feel, and because I have amazing results with the black ties in everything else, I wanted to put this in my driver in place of my RIP. It's almost impossible to find one uncut, and the only 70M4 X-flex I found was this platinum edition that is being labeled as tour only. The CPM seemed a bit high at 270. Usually 270 is a TX, correct? So, part of me, because of the CPM, believes it may be a true tour issue.

Any help would be much appreciated.

270 cpm is start of XX-Flex range for standard Matrix shafts (270-275), XX is 280 for Ozik TP/SE

X-Flex is 263-267 cpm for standard shafts, and 270 for Ozik TP/SE.

I couldn't find any info on Tour Issue "Platinum" but I saw one on the bay, and graphics are identical to my 70M4 in X. Just redid the grip and mine is also 270 CPM. The label is a little different than the ebay one:
