Joe Montana and Terry Bradshaw

Lets not make judgement so fast. I'm not saying that this is untrue but we may not have all the info or the correct info for that matter. Montana stated on the Dan Patrick Show last week that he would be leaving to go back home before the Super Bowl to watch his sons basketball game and as far as Bradshaw, there are reports out there that some family issue were why he did not attend the game. Who are we to say that they were wrong to not attend. Sometimes we forget that our heros are people and have a life outside what we see of them. I hope the money issues are not true. It would be very very sad.

If it's true that is really horrible considering it seemed like every other MVP was there during the ceremony

I just read the article and am very disappointed in the money issue, but it is their life and they can do as they wish. Its not just them it society as a whole being obsessed with money.

ESPN and other new agenices are all reproting a money issue with Bradshaw.

Personally it is their perogative whether they choose to attend or not. I also take everything that is reported to the press with a grain of salt after some personal dealings with them. Whenever there is an un-named source then my bullxxxx meter goes on alert.

ditto that yall.........but i just read this morning that bradshaw had family commitment and was going to watch the game with his daughters at home since he didn't have to work. he also said that his boss, the NFL and others were very supportive of his decision. in no way would he ever asked the NFL for appearance money....

montana said that he wanted to attend his boys bb games on saturday and sunday.....but he was there wednesday thru friday for media days, prep days, etc........that's all in a nutshell.....more info can be found at msn.foxsport.com.

but if it is the case...then that is a bad situation. those guys should want to be there just for the glory of it..not the $.
