I bought the 4 and 5 TaylorMade SIM DHY and spec'd them as close as I could to the 4 & 5 irons in my P770 set I am gaming. Wanted more height and easier to hit option to get it closer to the pin. It was just a trial but it is working. I have been pissed lately with the 4 and 5 irons and wanted to try an easier option without using a hybrid in the 4 iron slot. To many head covers and my ego just cant take it. So I ordered them with GD Tour AD DI-85 shafts.    P770's (stock) 4-

I am having so much success using these I ordered another DHY 5 and custom ordered it to be a strong 6 iron. Here is a link in this thread where I built a 4 and 5 dhy to replace the 4 and 5 iron in my 770 set.    I have since switched to the P7MC 7-pw. Now I want a 6 iron in the DHY. How?   SIM DHY's (custom to match best I could to the now P7MC's specs) 4- Loft/22.5*  Length/38.5" Lie/61* 5- Loft/25.5*  Length/38" Lie/61.5* 6- Loft/27.0*  Length/37.5” Lie/62*

UDI looks great. Any info on what shafts will be offered?

It says on the website theres only two stock options. Both are Diamana shafts. Im sure once they customizer becomes available, it will clear the air

Is the Thump shaft going to be a made-for stock version or the real deal? I really hope it’s the real shaft, it’s my all time favorite hybrid shaft ?

picking up that UDI immediately!!! always wanted to try a Diamana Thump. Hopefully its a real deal one in the UDI. Should be beautiful off the tee!

 

was also really thinking about a SIM Max rescue to replace the 4i but im probably gonna go with that SIM Hyb 4 now

As a long time Adams DHY player I am very interested in the new SIM DHY. Nothing has kicked my Adams out of the bag yet, but this looks like it may have a chance.

I surprisingly like the looks of the DHY. I called TM and asked them about using a SIM Max OS as a driving iron and they hinted to wait a couple weeks...

Beautiful clubs - Interesting in that this likely means the 'SIM' brand positioning, etc. will likely be around for 2021 as well (ie: You would think considering how late in the year it is, etc. they would have called these something else if they were moving away from the SIM monikor 5 months from now)...

Has anyone had the opportunity to hit these? How easy are they to hit? DHY obviously easier to hit than UDI, but hopefully not too much of a gap in forgiveness between the two
