Staying in shape

Yoga??? Pilates??? Tae Bow???
I was wondering if anyone has tried doing yoga, pilates, tae bow, etc. to stay in shape and gain flexibility? I've just been doing a bunch of standard stretches, but after awhile now it's gotten kind of boring doing the same stretching routine for 30 minutes twice a day. It would be nice to change to something different. Anyone have success with these or something else?

    i havent tried any of those but im gonna try yoga soon i think if i can. SHould be good

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
