Golf bags with 14 way dividers

Am I the only one that get's annoyed with bags with 14 way dividers. Very easy to get clubs out, but when I go to replace the club in the bag, I can't ever seem to find the one open slot, that is invariably hiding behind woods and iron heads. Slows me down, especially if I'm using a cart, and my partner is ready to go. Partly a visual thing I guess. I find a 6 way divider or Woode top more friendly, especially a Woode top bag on a push cart, where the Woods are to the side, there's separate putter well, and all the irons hang uniformly. The Woode top bags don't work as well in an electric cart though. Anyone else dislike the trend towards 14 way dividers?

I always felt that the 14 club dividers added to the bag chatter on irons. When I walk I sling my towel over my irons and they make very little noice bouncing off each other.

The way to use those bags is to put the woods at the BOTTOM, so that they do not obscure your irons. In fact, that's how most bag should be, so that the large wood heads don't hide your short clubs.

When I was younger I was always leaving a club out on the course and then panicking about it later. Then led to me counting my clubs after almost every shot and got really bad. I use the 14 way dividers and always put my clubs in order. So now I only freak out when there's a space empty.

I have to say that I dislike it on carry bags. I use a push cart when I play but if I was carrying my bags I think I'd prefer the conveniance of being able to put and pull clubs out on the move.
