Rife Antigua Black

Hey peeps...thought I would throw up a few photos of my just finished Project...Not to flashy...(deerslayer, I wish I had your talents)..but different than the norm for sure...I just finished with a Matted Green on a Stainless newport, and once I get it painted, I'll post those too.

Nice look! Like Rife Guy asked.... what did you use for the black finish? How would you guess durability will be? Very nice job and I like the colors on the paint fill.

No not BOS..(they do great work though) I do it with a local gun shop here in MN...They do a lot of business with me at my real job, and are working with me on finishes for Putters now as well...

The finish is called Gun Kote...as for durability...I did a friends putter last spring..(cameron) and looked at is again about 3 weeks ago after the full season...Bottom showed wear, but everything else look almost new. He's pretty good with care...always uses a head cover and wipes down when needed.

As for paint...I still say Nail polish is the best...It wears so much better than everything else I have tried and very easy to use!!
