There is a quicker way to improve your golf swing. It doesn’t require hitting more balls, or even taking more golf lessons.

Have I peaked your curiosity yet?

Wouldn’t it be nice to see improvement in your golf swing? I mean real improvements like adding 20 yards to your drives, or hitting more fairways.

Every golfer is looking for the “secret” to a better game. Don’t tell my you haven’t tried to find it in the past.

The question is…have you found it yet? If not, why do you think that is?

If it’s not hitting more balls…or taking more lessons…how about a new $500 driver then? Have you tried that yet? If you’re a serious golfer, I’ll bet you have more than one driver sitting in your garage gathering dust. I know I have a couple.

So if we’ve covered all the above, what’s left? There’s only ONE thing left.

Your BODY!!!!

You swing the club…so why wouldn’t you work on YOU first?

Your body dictates your golf swing. Pure and simple. If you have any physical limitations, you won’t make a mechanically sound swing for 18 holes.

Haven’t you ever experienced a tight, restricted golf swing? One where you feel like you’re only bringing it back halfway? That’s your body keeping you from a FULL backswing.

If you don’t work on your body first, your swing will never be what you want it to be. You’ve got to identify your limitations. They may be flexibility…they may be strength. Typically it’s both.

But is it your shoulders, your back, hamstrings, chest or what? You’ve got to isolate specifically where it is to set up a game plan.

A good golf fitness professional or even physical therapist can do an evaluation on you to determine these issues.

Once you know what they are…you’re halfway home!

Now you’ve got to address these limitations on a consistent basis to improve them. You’ve got to remember, “nothing worthwhile comes easy”.

So see, I’ve just showed you how you can quickly and dramatically transform your game, without hitting one more ball. Now go out and make it happen…and improve your golf swing!
