I have this shaft in my Bang-o-Matic, it is a monster. 45inches. Stiff flex..my swing speed is about 100-105, pretty smooth. Not too harsh feeling, very smooth flowing shaft. Nice powerful kick upon impact. This will launch the ball high though. I am right on the boarderline of launching the ball too high, any faster SS and the ball will start balloning. This shaft is perfect for 460 CC heads, and the average golfer who needs a higher ballflight. There is a nice balance of high and piercing ball flight so you will get some roll. So far I am murdering the ball with this driver/shaft combo.

i have to use high bend shafts, how would this compare

Getting one put in my driver this week> It is the Assasin 2. It is in a firm/stiff flex, but for $20 to buy it and $12 to get installed, for $32 bucks I got a new driver.

I tried this Accuflex Assassin II shaft and found like many companies these days that they are selling a name. The shaft did absolutely nothing special except make Accuflex a few bucks. I tried it in several Nickent heads (8*, 9* & 12*), two different Taylormade Supertri heads (8.5* & 9.5*) and a Cobra ZL 8.5* and had the same result with all heads. The best word I can think of to describe the Assassin II is blah. It connected the head to the grip, but past that I'm at a loss for words. This one reminded me of the cops at a accident, "Move along folks, nothing to see here".

Again, it's because it is not a REAL Accuflex shaft, they went out of business years ago, the ones you see now just have the Accuflex graphics, they could be any cheap shaft.
