Junior Golf Tournament Finishes

Wow, those are some great finsihes you have Michael, my latest is a 36 (1st for a 9 hole junior club championship at my home club. I didn't get to play any tourneys over the summer due to a broken wrist.I'll be playing in some tourneys soon so ill post my finishes soon !

I got 3rd in the Club Glove Long Island Junior Challenge (Plantations) with an 82-77

Mike I havent played a tourney since Cog Hill and finished 2nd.

Ya in MI. I'm in Division 4 and Districts was at Hart and Regionals was at Cedar Springs.

shot 75-80 at pompano beach junior classic, and 80-77 at SFJPGA Fox Club, came in second in both events.

kingman city club championship, match play, i went 10-8 7-6 2-1 8-6 im playing my father for the title on thursday hes a 3.1 and im a 2.6 so it should be a good match

next tourney is the jgaa mesa city at dobson in 1 week

Well I know its not a big tour by anymeans but I won a Meijer Jr. Tour event with 75 (really windy and lightning fast greens it seemed like) and hopefully I can win one more to be promoted to the Powerbilt.

GOOD JOB!!! i just took 2nd at the powerbilt at timber trace.

nope. i am only playing in that 1 powerbilt this year

You play on the Meijer Tour? Cool! So do I; unfortuneately, I waited to long to register for events, so I'm only in 2, and on the waiting list for 4 or 5 more. Are you playing the 2 events in Canada (Beach Grove and Belleview)? They're July 31st and August 1st respectively, and those are the only 2 I'm registered for at the moment.

Also, congrats on your victory. I'm still looking for my first victory in any tournament.

CJGA Saskatoon: Rather not share those two rounds, as i s*** the bed both days. finished 12th out of 45. Pair of 83's. Sick I know, soild field thuogh.

Junior High School Invitational: Won it. Fired 70. Solid field since it was invite only.

CJGA national championship (2005)

74-75-70-71, won by 9 somehow, National Pines Golf Club. Its a pretty tough track when it gets windy so i played pretty well to shoot those scores.

Also this weekend i played at horseshoe resort for another cjga event and shot 73-71 and won.

i just gotta stop playin CJGA's cause they are expensive and no coaches watch it.

No Im not playing in any of the canada events. I wanted to but I had already have some other tourneys around those dates. Thanks and good luck to you thoughout your season.

the most recent tournament I played in was state for 2A in Washington, I shot

73-74 to take 4th and it was alright for only being a sophomore. all the other

tourneys are about to start up and I am looking forward to them.

Only USA tournament of the year..Palmetto Beach National High School Championships

Shot 75-77 for a T - 17th finish.

This year I have played 8 tournaments. Only one cjga so far, but i have played in a bunch of city school tournaments.

I have:

- 6 wins all one day tournaments. (70, 74, 72, 76, 66, 71)

- 1 2nd. (shot 72.Was 5 under through 15)

- 8th

You should probably get in, there are a lot of people who probably will drop out because its all the way in Thunder bay.

Well the last two weeks hae been pretty good for me. Last week i reached the semi-finals of the (GAP) Golf association of Philadelphia's Jr. Boys championship at philadelphia country club.

yesterday i finished the Pennsylvania Jr. Am in 5th place shooting 75-70-145 total at Penn National golf club. the first round was played on the Founders cousre while the second was play on the Iron Forge course.

Congrats Dan ! Thats a nice trophey lol .

That one will sit in my Clubs trophy room. I have a big glass CUp thats a little over a foot tall that i have at home.

They should make replicas, I have the ontario junior championship this week, pretty much all the big name juniors in ontario qualified so it should be a lot of fun.. 4 rounds in beautiful weather at a beautiful golf course in a tournament with a feild of 160 people... dont get much better.
