Not to be the cynic in the room, but I do think I would be remiss in not mentioning the reputation of the person who issued that "accusation":

    24 posts, no feedback score....

I am going to give the benefit of the doubt to the highly reputable company which has been doing business for years and more satisfied customers than I could count on this one. The internet is really getting far too filled with trolls for my liking. Just sayin'....

The gmail email address is the biggest clue that this is not a legitimate business. Most legit businesses create their own email account.

What about those online Golf shops that are good and provide a great service, I could name a few UK ones like American Golf and Golf Clothing Direct that I have used, they have both been good, Golf Clothing Direct were even happy to take any returns, for instance, whatever happens.

Has anyone else had some good shopping experiences out there? Positive stories would be good to hear also.

Lets hear some of the good news too huh?

    Golfsale.net

Found some good items on the site, but it looked a little sketch. Googled around as much as I could and found nothing. They have a Twitter and a Facebook account, but zero activity on either. A few spelling errors throughout the site, and some odd wordage in the Terms section. Their Facebook gives you a California street address, their website gives you an Oregon street address, and their listed phone number is a Florida area code. I clicked checkout to see if it would register as a secure site on Google Chrome, and it takes you to an Amazon page, which is interesting.

If anyone has ever used the site successfully I'd love to hear about it, as they had a hard to find bag I've been looking for.

    Thanks

Anyone ever bought anything on allingolfer.com. To me they seem they could be legit and they say they have connections in the golf world and thats why they offer stuff so cheap for a limited quantity. Seems like a safe site to me and they convinced me, just seeing if anyone has heard or experience otherwise?

Im just interested in the Wilson FG Tour M3 Iron set for a pretty good price.

I've bought plenty from allingolfer.com They're legit - no tax, no shipping. If they've got it, it's usually at a great price you won't find elsewhere. I've purchased balls, clubs and shoes through these guys.

    Good luck!

I got my Cobra driver back after being shaved the maximum in Arizona.

Hit about 35 balls on driving range

    1. Straight, same as before

    2. Sound same as before

    3. Feel, same as before

    4. No damage...so far.

    5. Distance, no different than before shaving. Measured by Bushnell scope

Would not recommend the service in Arizona.

Anyone ever delt with emoneygolfshop on ebay? His deals on shafts seem too good to be true. Stuff that would normally cost $300+ to order new he's selling for less than $200.

I've not had any transactions with them on Ebay personally. However they've been on Ebay since October 2008 and have a 99.6% feedback rating on over 12,300 transactions. I'd feel confident in purchasing from them. Especially since if you pay via PayPal you're protected quite well from fraudulent product.

Seeing them pop up on Facebook as well with Sponsored Ads. There's always 1 or 2 people in the comments that vouch for them too. If you do get your clubs, I wonder what the chances are that they're not counterfeit.

Recently I post up a link to a site that had all Callaway and Odyssey products for crazy stupid cheap asking WRXers about the site. A mod removed it and locked thread. If I was a previous trouble maker could have gotten banned for the post. I sent the link to Callaway to see what they could do. Got a response....

Thank you for your recent E-mail. We appreciate your taking the time to contact us with your inquiry.

In response to your inquiry, the site you have listed below is not an authorized retailer for Callaway Golf. The only way to ensure that you purchase authentic Callaway clubs is to buy through our authorized retailers. To locate an authorized retailer in your area, please refer to our retail locator via the following link:
