I'm thinking of going down and playing a event(s). Good or bad idea? for this winter?

I used to play in a few a season when I was real young. I didn't play in any after the age of 15 though. How far are you traveling? That's the REAL question, as I see it. They could put some good fields together in some of the tournaments, others not so much. The benefit I had was being relatively close to where they were played, so there wasn't huge expenses associated with doing it. However, it's always good to play under some pressure. This is dated info as it regards depth of fields etc. I played these things close to 10 years ago.

thanks for info, coming from canada, was wondering strength of touraments, probley will stick with fcwt though now

yeah for fall and spring tourneys,fcwt is way better. the pjgt's arent that great

agreed they are pretty overly priced too. IMO
