Whats the best looking golf shoe?

I like the old footjoy classics, you could probably find some on ebay, but the new icons are pretty cool. Also the addidas 360 3.0's I thought were nice too.

It seems alot of shoes are either your basic saddle, or just super tec-y and pretty f-ugly.

I'm leaning towards the 360 LTD, in either white or black or maybe even both.

tour 360 4.0 comfortable and good looking, go with the all white!

Adidas are coming out with a whole new series of shoes next month, so I would hold off till then, if I were you:

Been very happy with my 360 LTD's for the last 2 years...great all around, that is with shorts or slacks.

I would like to have a pair of FJ's in this color but the icon's look too plasticky to me...

The Asics that Shingo Katayama was wearing this year at the Masters (the Gelace) were pretty awesome.

I have the 360 3.0 Red/Black, best looking shoe I've ever had. The 360 II's have a little better performance/feel factor and a bit more cushion. The 360 II's are a more comfortable walk. Anything ADIDAS is just fine by me.

The new Asics are the best looking shoes I've seen.

I really like the Adidas shoes. LOL, I guess I am just picky . Like the 360 3.0's are cool but wish the white and blacks and the heel stripe blacks not grey, also the black ones would be cooler w/ white stripe instead of grey stripes.

In the link you provided I saw some of the coolest shoes I have seen, 360 LTD all white , but $249 is more than I have spent on shoes over the last 3 seasons. I usually buy shoes from the season before for like $60-90 bucks.

Puma Swing Crown GTX Special Edition gets my vote!

I've had FJ Icons since the end of last season and I have no complaints. They're great shoes and great looking.

How has the Adidas Adipure not made the top of this list?! I know it's not real well known yet but it's replacing the LTD's and they're coming out with a white on white model that far surpasses the LTD's IMO.

I have both the white w/black and black w/white LTD's and I think they are great. Also they don't look hi-tech.

The FJs classics are sick too, I want a pair of those.

A classically-styled FootJoy wins every time for me.

Actually, it's not called the 360 LTD - it's a new one, called ARIPURE, the name coming over from their soccer shoes. Yes the all-white one looks awesome, and I agree that the price going back to $250 is scary.
I think Adidas have done a great job of re-designing their shoes for 2010, but I also agree with you about the 3.0s. But instead, I think the rest of their shoes all look good, Innolux, Tech Response 3.0, Adipure Nuovo, Powerband 3.0. I think the odd one out is the 360 3.0, funny enough.

Is this just limited to US stuff? Because to me, JP has stuff that looks waaaaayyy better than US. Case and point:

Actually those are the ones I was talking about in one of my other posts. They are dead sexy! I called the all white LTD, but later that night saw that they were called the AdiPure, very cool, but the $249 pirce tag is more than I was hoping to pay.

Hey Chris, yeah the LTD's and 4.0's are kinda the 2 top runners right now. I was checking ebay and they had real pics and different angle of the 4.0's and they look alot better than the pic on the Adidas site.

I like the LTD and 4.0's because they are not a full sadle shoe, but are not the super techy look that some of the new Footjoys have.

The Puma's look cool but they don't seem to have replacable spikes at some of the models I like. They kinda look like a astro-turf soccer shoe, pretty cool.


EDIT: I would like to get 2 pairs a black one and a white one. Also if I do go w/ Adidas I would like them to both be the same shoe. It the new ones are lower to the ground so I would want to get 2 of the same model so one day I am not taller or shorter than previous day. I iamgine it would be hard to get used to being different different heights from day to day.

Haha. I think every pair of these you have shown are ugly.
Obviously FJ Classics are wonderful as a traditional style golf shoe.
Like some of you have said the new Adidas Adipure looks amazing!!

Personally the only thing I wear are Classics and Tour 360 LTD's..... Until Adipure comes out

I thought all the above shoes were from the pages of a football boot catalogue.

I was just in Vegas and saw several people wearing those....in the Cirque du Soleil.

Ronald McDonald wears a remarkably similar pair to those red and yellow ones [i]off[/i] the course.

I shudder to think of the ridicule I'd cop for if I showed up for my regular game wearing any of those pictured pairs of shoes.

HAHA! Velcro?!?! I am more of a function over form type of person. I would love to get a pair of asics shoes because I walk a lot in the summer. Therefore, I need a comfortable shoe.
