Will do! As of now it is going to be Matte Black.

I recall seeing a lot about this guy when I joined the forum, but this is the first post in a while. Looks like it's going to be a winner.

Final specs will indeed be 360g with a 68* lie and playing at 33". Finish will indeed be the satin black, as will be the shaft. Only things left are the site lines, a special topline tidbit, and a lizard tail on the sole.

Last big debate for me is still paintfill. I was going to do red/white with a red gripmaster but really think all white paint with a white grip would look pretty slick too...especially with the black shaft.

I dunno. More pics to come when I get em though!

Kari is well in line with all the other custom putter makers (around 300), this one is going to be a bit more because I went all out in the customization. Its my first custom so I wanted to not hold back and get it done right, Kari is certainly taking care of me big time on it.

The putter looks great. My vote is for the white paint fill and white grip, I think it would look great.

BTW, is it carbon or SS?

Carbon Steel. Should feel super soft combined with the V-Groove milling.

I'm thinking the white paintfill and white grip will be the winner...has the chance to look just simple and sick with the satin black head and satin black shaft combo.

A long overdue update....its almost time!

Also, this bad boy is a putter of Kari's I've eyed for about two years now, well, after inquiring about it for the 100th time Kari cut me a MAJOR deal (think custom flatstick at OEM prices) with a refinish from the BRIGHT nickel to a copper plate that will patina incredibly nice over time.

The Goose is in plating now and I should have in hand pics in about a week and a half of the two!

The LPS1 center-shaft will have a matte black shaft that matches the finish with a white Kari Lajosi Gripmaster and the Copper Goose will also get the white Gripmaster.

HOLY CRAP!!!! I think that center shaft is kickin'!!! You have got to let us know how it rolls.

Funny story, I live in the same area as this person and he is a customer of our business in an untwisted industry. Seems like a nice bloke when I met him but had no idea he was into this stuff!

Haha, thank you! I'm pretty dang proud of it too.

You need to check out Kari's site, GREAT guy and has truly been a pleasure to shoot ideas off of, I'm a permanent customer from here on in.

Absolutely, I plan on updating with pics often! People looking for a custom really should contact Kari, its been an unreal experience.

Also, a tidbit he shared with me on the Goose, its milled from one piece, no welding! That's just crazy to me!
