Bridestone E7 "Piercing Flight" balls

Being a higher ball hitter, these interested me. Anyone play these? Thoughts?

I had found one on the course and loved it. Bought a box and am now getting mixed reviews.
Originally the ball seemed to get "piercing flights" and checked up nice on the greens. Now, flight is O.K., but not what I originally found. Not sure if it's humidity that's effecting the ball.

I have played this ball on and off for a couple of years. I always have a dozen of these that I throw into the mix.

By far, the longest ball of the tee for me by about 10-15 yards on average, and with a recent swing change for my irons, I can back these up on the green now too if needed.



After playing the Penta, TP Red LDP, Maxfli Tour and ProV1 recently as my main balls to play, I played my best round of the year on sunday with an E7. I could tell the difference in the ball cover and the E7 feels just a little firmer than those other balls, but I was getting plenty of action around the green with it as well.


I have switched away from this ball several times now, and now I am wondering if this really is the ball for me to play all the time.




It has a nice piercing straight flight, that you can still work very easy. It does knock some spin off of the ball off the driver and that is what I needed. Slower swing speed guys dont really like the ball as it is a little firm for them. My SS is right around 105. I drive 270-290 sometimes reaching 300 yards, 8i 160-165 to give you some distances I get with this ball.

I have a few sleeves of this ball and I was hesitant to try it out. I have tried the E5 and E6 a few times but not the E7. I brought a demo sleeve, together with a ProV1x and NXT Tour. I was really impressed with this ball. It just goes straight and long. A much better ball than the NXT Tour but spins less compared to the ProV1x. I don't have a high SS but I still good results.

Have played this ball almost exclusively this year and love it! 10-15yds fathur off the tee and it checks up on the greens when I make a good swing. SS is 105 with driver and have hit this ball 300+ on more than one occasion this year. 8 iron goes about 165 for reference. Great ball and the price is right too!

I have a high ball flight and recently switched to the Bridgestone e7. I LOVE it. The ball has given me a more respectable ball flight and I've honostly knocked a few strokes off my game.
I was never a big believer on the ball having such a big difference in my golf game, but I can admit I was wrong. For the price ($25/dozen) it is very tough to beat I find.

I'd highly recommend this ball to any player with an uncomfortably high ball flight!

I have been using the E7 for a couple of weeks, just to try something different. I find they are slightly longer for me but only by approx. 5-10 yards particularly with the driver. I do not find much difference with my irons. Ball flight is slightly lower for me but not a huge difference. Spin is minimal unless using a 60°, I prefer the E5 over the E7, better feel with more green holding ability.

I will be giving these a try very soon.
