Overall I'd say the Ping Anser. In recent years I'd say Scotty Newport.

Ping used to be the standard putter for almost every tour from the mid to late 70s until the mid 90s. There is about 20 years of dominance for Ping putters. I would say Ping is the leader in tour wins when considering all tours, most likely followed by Odyssey.

I know for a fact that in 2008 Scotty Cameron had the most wins on tour, but in 2009, Odyssey won. I believe Odyssey is leading this year so far.

All in all Ping probably has the most wins.

2008:

Scotty Cameron = 23
Odyssey = 11
Never Compromise = 5
Ping = 4
Taylormade = 2
Bettinardi = 1
Rife = 1
SeeMore = 1

2009:

Odyssey = 13
Scotty Cameron = 12 (Tiger with 6 wins)
Ping = 5
Nike = 4
Taylormade = 3
Bettinardi = 2
SeeMore = 2
Yes = 2
Cleveland = 1
Rife = 1
TP Mills = 1

2010:

Odyssey = 11 wins
Scotty Cameron = 10 wins
Ping = 3 wins
Taylormade = 3 wins
Rife = 1 win
SeeMore = 1 win

Ping G430 10.5 1k blue 65x

The winner is the Ping Anser.

Factor in a lot of the wins by other manufacturers that have an Anser clone (Plus Anser 2 and other variants) and the Anser style is absolutely the winningest putter of all time. [Kanye] OF ALL TIME!!!! [/Ima let you finish]

That's just the US PGA Tour. What about the European PGA Tour, the Austrailian PGA Tour, Nationwide Tour, LPGA Tour, LPGA Futures Tour, etc. I would not say Cameron putters is the leader in wins based on one tour. If the 3 year snapshot given here is an indication then Cameron putters are currently on a "death glide." While I would not predict that Cameron putters are on its way out (and I am not), the numbers given in this 3 year snapshot does indicate this. My point is that a 3 year window is not an accurate reflection of any putter or putter maker's winning record.

Also, isn't this thread the "Most winningest putter?" I agree with Stage that the Ping Anser/Anser II (and clones) IS the putter with most wins in the history of Golf.

Winningest individual putter? Might be the Bullseye. It's been winning tournaments since before Scotty Cameron (the man) was born, and I'm sure it's still seen on tour. It was incredibly popular for decades, especially in the 50s and 60s. Kite used one for years, and I believe Pavin, for one, still uses one. Nicklaus used "White Fang," a painted Bullseye, to win the 1967 US Open. I've heard Tiger has one that he uses as a training aid.

The 8802 is a contender, too. Like the Bullseye, it was produced and extremely popular for decades, thanks to Arnie. Crenshaw, Palmer, and Trevino all carried one for significant parts of their career.

Winningest brand? Probably Titleist (includes both the Bullseye and Cameron), with Ping as the very close runner-up.

Nobody really knows the answer to this. Golf had been played way before the anser even came out. What did those guys use? You can certainly look at the last few years and see that on the PGA tour, it seems like Odyssey and Cameron are the front runners. You can also pick and choose what other tours you want to use and probably change those stats. I would also think that if you want to look at the last 40 years, I would say Ping would be up there.
