Owned both. Had several of the Resuces, both TP and non-TP.

J33 has ALWAYS stayed in the bag. I went with the NV 85 shaft. Took it in a softer flex than normal, and the thing is money, especially off the tee.

Its really solid. I have the 18* and sometimes think I should have gone with a higher loft, but I can get a lot of range from it with choking down on it. This thing is easy to work too...not that I work the ball well, but it seems to respond to what I am trying to do.

I think you will like it.

They are starting to show up in 2nd Swings now as the Country Clubs are letting their demos out now.

I should've been more specific. This is what I have in my bag between my driver and 4 iron

Cleveland Launcher Ti 15* 3 wood Fujikura Vista Pro 50

Rescue Mid 2 16* stock steel

962 2 iron bent to 21*

Sometimes I feel like I hit all three close to the same distance. I used my SkyCaddie to measure a few shots the last few rounds I played and I hit Rescue 250ish a number of times. That is farther than I want to hit that club. I hit the 2 iron 233 off the tee on one hole but around 205-210 off the turf which is about where I want to be. I am the world's worst fairway wood player but this Launcher is one that has worked out pretty well for me so I'll keep that. I hit it 278 off the tee downwind the other day and fluffed one about 235 off the tee but nevertheless I'm keeping it.

To make a long story short I think I'll replace the Rescue with something I hit a little shorter but want to stay with the hybrid club as they are so good from dodgy lies.
