played these last year and was most impressed with the looks.. i love the idea but was let down with the overall feel of them. dgx100's in them and the just didnt meet my expectations. dont get me wrong they were nice clubs but if your a mizuno man these are not for you!

I picked these irons up a couple days ago. +3/4" and 2* upright with dgx100's and midsize grips. Terrific feel and great control. Don't have any experience with Mizuno's but to me they feel better and are more accurate and have a better look to them than AP2's and x forged. I will be doing a full review after about 10 rounds.

My opinion might be a little biased (grew up on cleveland irons), but I think these are the best product they have manufactured yet. +1", project x 6.0, white on black multi comps. My friends insist on their Titleist and Taylormade CB/MB combo sets so I made an honest attempt join the masses. In my humble opinion, nothing compares to feel and length of the CG1s. There is something that just feels off when I make swings with these other sets, however that propably comes with me growing up swinging Cleveland engineering. Titleist irons just seem oddly balanced while Taylormade feels like I hit everything thin. My setup feels balanced and every swing is "clean".

Simply put, these irons are long. They give me close to an extra club advantage over the competitors (8-10 yds). Yes, I swing like I'm trying to peel the cover off of my pro v, but I'm a sub-4 handi and I think these irons are half the reason. Smoke sticks.

I rated this set a 4/5. Firstly because I have encountered some workability issues with the CG1s. This catagory is one where the other, especially Titleist, irons have the upper hand. I'm not sure of all the contributing factors to workability, but it always seems titleist knows how to make the ball go sideways. Secondly, I don't believe anything can be perfect, but these come close.

Good buy, put in the range time, learn to love the Cleveland CG1s.

Hitting these clubs farther than my Callaway X forged and they feel Great!!

Had the black pearl version for a couple years. Good irons but went back to forged.

Great looking club and I like the combo concept. Played them for a year. I would like to put them back in my bag but need to lower my handicap a but before I do

Wish I hadn’t sold mine but the new Bridgestone irons are probably more consistent. Great with x100 tour issue. Had to re-weight them to d4.
