2011 balls

New Pro V's come out Feb 3rd with the 910 fw and 910H. New nike ball in April.

Anything else new? Bridgestone? Srixon? Taylormade? I have been looking and reading but cant seem to see anything.

Patience. Anything new will be announced at the end of the month at the PGA show. Release dates will vary, but the ProV1 date is correct. If you want them before spring you likely will have to source them over the internet since your local shop will still be shovelling snow until late March.

I am eagerly awaiting the Srixon XV. I love the yellow X Star.

I believe new Srixon Z-Star family is same release date as Pro V1, Early Feb.

March 1st on New Srixon Z-Star & Z-Star XV.

Pumped for both, just hope the XV isn't to clicky.

I got 1 new ProV1 from my pro today. Played 9. It's a bomber, and feels so sweet with the irons and wedges.

I agree. The new 2011 ProV1 feels really good off the irons and driver. Have not hit any wedge shots with it yet. Also got the 2011 ProV1 X to try out when the weather gets better.

I got to hit the Srixon z-star xv over the weekend. They had sleeves of them at my local edwin watts and they gave some of the sleeves away. The ball is fantastic! I normally play the z-star, but i might have to switch over to the xv, did not hear the clicking and came off the driver extremely hot, the only thing i didn't like about it was its feel around the green. I didn't get the spin that I normally get with the z-star. but from the tee and in the fairway it feels great!

Ive got a ? How do you become an equipment tester?

Team Titleist.. Post on their forums and sign up and they randomly pick people.. No real way to insure your a tester. They did this months ago though.. It'll be a while again.

I have a few good connections at Acushnet Canada and play in some provincial and national level stuff

i got the new prov1 x test balls and they are good although the cover gets really chewed up by a full wedge more than the previous i think. It is a bit softer and longer. i still have some test balls but as of now i prefer the current prov1x.

Stocked up on Z Stars over Christmas in the sales, should last me the season at a reduced price.
