GMac playing VR Pro 3 wood

If he really is, that is very interesting.

He's also still playing a Callaway FT Tour driver. I guess he's only really gaming Srixon/CG irons, wedges, ball and glove.

Anyone know what his club contract is with Srixon?

GMac is pretty recent. But Byrd (wedges) and Louis (fairways) have been playing them for awhile now. They're both playing old equipemnt...GMac has a current 3 wood offering.

What is your point? Does older equipment not count?

Sure, it counts. Everybody on here has been saying Nike made really good stuff this year (more guys starting to use it) and I thought that's what your post was implying. Meaning they're clubs have been improving, but a lot of guys are using older stuff and have been for awhile. I do think their stuff is improving but still not many non-staffers using their equipment.

not to mention, a few guys are also playing the method putters aswell.

Gmac was using the 08 FTI Squareway prototype 3 wood up until now I believe....

I think he's also playing the wedges. With a name like Gmac he would it right in with Nike haha

He is definately not playing Nike wedges. I know for a fact that he put Forged 588's into play this week.

Not sure about the head on the 3 wood. I know the shaft had Miyazaki graphics- I saw a glimpse of the head and I think it might have been a Srixon.

Driver is a FT- Tour.

Thanks for confirming...Saw him tee off the last round and swore it was a Callaway. Never like to speculate on here without confirming for sure first. thanks guys
