It's a Scotty Cameron Pro Platininum Newport Mil-Spec putter made for the retail market. It came out between 2000-2002. I've seen them go for $125-175 in like new condition on Ebay.

From Scotty's website:

INSPIRATION:

The Newport Platinum Mil-Spec is a custom fit line that adapts for different length, lie and grip combinations. This allows Scotty to give the golfer a custom profile. The Mil-Spec features four different weights, four different lengths, three different lies and an array of grips fit with the Newport head. The Newport Mil-Specsightline has the Tour-proven Pro Platinum finish and a single sightline for alignment. This putter is as close as a golfer can come to a custom fit Cameron without visiting Scotty in the Studio.

Weights Lengths

320 Grams @ 36 Inches

330 Grams @ 35 Inches

340 Grams @ 34 Inches

350 Grams @ 33 Inches

Lies Upright (73 degrees)

Standard (71degrees)

Flat (69 degrees)

Grips Baby T Paddle Smooth Pistol Cord

Hope that helps. They are great putters and I have two in my collection. I like the Mil Specs the best of the Pro Platinum line.

You might want to get some Flitz metal polish. It should clean up the sole of that putter and also the platinum finish without any damage to it. Great find.

By the way....F S U is the lie angle. Flat Standard, Upright. The lie angle on yours is Standard.

I have a 33/350 flat that I extended to 34".  I just wish the Proplats didn't ding up so fast. When I do use the NP-PP instead of my gamer, I don't take the cover off mine until I'm about to putt. I plumb bob with the headcover on.    :cheesy:

That's unusual. :clapping: I've always found the PP's to be the most durable of the Camerons. I'm always worried when using my SS's or CT SS's about dings. Either which way though, I keep the cover on all my putters no matter what brand. They only come off when I'm on the green and back on when I've sank my putt.

dus anyone know anything about this scotty i bought it for £70 and was told by my local pro that they are worth around £400.

The Teryllium Sante Fe's came out in 1996 and were made till 2001. As for the Sante Fe Two...I'm not so sure about when exactly they came out or the numbers of them. I'm sure someone else will be able to chime in. I was only buying the Newport's when the TeI's were out.

From Scotty's website:

INSPIRATION:

Made prior to Scotty’s affiliation with Titleist, and used on Tour as the Classic 1.5, the Santa Fe, launched in ’96, features the Newport head with a sightline, a slightly offset neck that has more toe flow than the Newport, with the same heel-toe balancing. The face is inlayed with the 12-metal alloy teryllium for a distinctly soft feel and solid feedback, and an injected elastomer membrane that dampens vibration. The Santa Fe also features a soft heel and toe that create a sleek, clean appearance at address.

please don't do that. it's a putter, they get dirty. do you hover it when putting so as not to scratch the sole? sorry to pick on you, but it's a golf club.

I don't hover the putter. I don't like dings that come from the wedge and the putter from caddies holding both bare heads together. I just don't like dings on my putters. What is wrong with plumbobbing with the headcover on? I take it off anyway when I putt? I only do it to my putters that are >$200 anyway. The dings on my pins/2 balls/BG MOI are all over.

I guess its because they look metallic and I expect them to be tougher than most of my putters. They still are carbon steel with a different finish which i have found to ding up pretty fast than most. I only have 2 non-carbon steel/SS putters anyway and they hardly get play. I prefer carbon steel in my putters.
