About shafts

Hey all! I a new one here and this is my second post :cheesy:

What shaft do you use in your:

Driver

Fairway woods/Hybrids

Irons

Why do you use it, how does it feel, .. There are so many questions to ask :cheesy:

Driver TM r5 TP

I play Fujikura Speeder 757 Stiff in my driver and I really like it. Awesome feel when you really hit the ball. The trajectory is not low, not high, just perfect :cheesy:

The reason why I use it that I wanted heavier shaft with more "feel" and I had heard positive things from Speeder.

3 Wood R7 TP

At the moment I am searching a new shaft. Last shaft was Fuji Vista Pro 80 R, nice shaft but R flex is too soft..

Hybrid Titleist 585H

I bought it with stock NV 85S. No actual reason :drinks:

Irons Snake Eyes 600C

At the moment I am playing DG Lite Stiff, but I miss Rifles... DG lites are fine, weight is perfect for me, but there is still something special in rifles..

I am thinking a set with Rifle Flighted 6.0 or PX 5.5

With regards to my driver I was fitted for an Aldila NV 65-S so I adheared to the fitters advice and it is proved to be a good combination. I have the stock Aldila NVS 55-S on my three wood. In hindsight not a great move as the ballflight is a little high but it's not a major issue. My irons have Dynamic Gold S300 shafts. I have always liked these shafts as they give a low, boring ballflight so I stick to them in the irons that I buy. Although if I purchase the Callaway X-20 Tour irons next year I may use the Project X Flighted shafts that will come as stock.

I use stock pretty much in everything.

My driver is an R540xd with a regular Apache pm-30i shaft in it at 44.5". I bought it off ebay, and it had this shaft in it. I liked, so I still use it, even though the ballflight is a bit high at times. Overall, I like it a lot.

My 5 wood has the stock Ping shaft in it.

My hybrid has the stock irod shaft in it.

My irons have rifles in them (5.5 I think)

Like I said, pretty stock.

I am pretty much stock too. Driver: R540, MAS2 Shaft, It is not the best but I can hit the ball 270-300 yards, reason I haven't changed it: to lazy, to exspencive and eventually I will get a new driver with a better shaft

3 wood:x-tour 3 wood: Fujikura Tour Spec. 26.3: came with the club, and it hit the ball a mile!!!

Hybrid:Titleist 503.h 19*: s300 steel shaft: It is a great combo and it has a great a ballflight(low/mid ballflight)

Irons: Nike NDS: they have stock shafts: I haven't changed them yet because my mom and da are going to get my a new set of irons and I don't want to spend to much on something that I might not use later< also the stock shafts aren't that bad

Gap Wedge: spin milled 54*: dynamic gold wedge flex: great shaft, and it is stock

Lob wedge:satin tour taylormade: TP Shaft, it came with the club and I am happy with it so why change?

pretty much stock but I am happy with it.

All my shafts are stock. Driver is 905T with the Fuji Speeder. I like this shaft, even if the stiff feels a little soft at times.

I don't like te shaft in my 3 wood. It's a gammy RCH 75 Firm but it's quite flexy. However, when it loads correctly the ball goes forever with it.

My irons have R300's in them. I love these. I like soft iron shafts because I swing much easier with my irons in order to keep the ball under control
