I can't listen to music when I want to really focus and work on something but in a warmup sesh with the ipod i like to listen to alot of different things.. definitly some different music, including everything from classic rock to rap.. lately its been dj danger mouse's grey album (beatles white album and jay z's black album mixed) and lloyd banks.

I'm a big Bruce Springsteen fan, so his stuff is always in rotation, also I like listening to the Smashing Pumpkins (can't wait for their new album). DJ Danger Mouse's Grey Album is amazing, but have you heard Cheap Cologne's Double Black Album (Metallica v. Jay-Z)?

I like to listen to something fast and upbeat. It gets my heart beating like it would in a tournament which has helped me feel more comfortable in those stressful situations.

I can't hit balls before a round because my course doesn't have a range, but I listen to music while I'm playing sometimes. I'm not too picky, I listen to a lot of Indie stuff, lots of Hardcore stuff, I dunno, mostly music that isn't mainstream stuff I like. I do like some mainstream stuff, but I prefer the lesser-known stuff, there's something about it that I can't really describe. Some of the stuff I listen to is Protest the Hero, Coheed and Cambria, Aiden, 30 Seconds to Mars, Panic! At the Disco, Alexisonfire, Brand New, among others. It's great for getting the adrenaline pumping.
