Just a quick review of this putter. I made the switch from the Newport 2. I have had the SeeMore on the course for five rounds, and on the putting green for several practice sessions.

I really like the set-up. I know from the white lines and red dot if i am square to my target (of course picking the right target is still the key.) It is a confidence factor knowing I can pick a line and go with it. This may not be a key to other putters, but for me, it helps with the SeeMore.

For me, the putter looks great. I like the black paint finish and the black paint strip up the shaft.

It seems to me that the putter face is hotter than the Cameron. It took me a while to get used to it. I felt like I was crushing every putt. So I had to get used to the feel, but I really like the crisp feel of the putter head now.

I don't know if this will help anyone thinking of buying one, but these are just my thoughts after picking this putter up.

I used a 35" model for about 2 months. It definitely lines you up and using the Pat O'Brien videos and tips here, my putting seemed on the mend. Used if for 4-5 hours of practice and 72+ holes over those 2 months.

For putts less than 5', it was money. I have never felt so confident with the flatstick in my hand. Simple, pick your line, line it up, and fire away. Automatic.

5"-10" it was still pretty good for me. Speed control seemed good and I felt good that I could get the ball started on the line I picked (whether it was right is more my issue than the putters!). Seemed to leave myself "gimmees" when in this range.

Anything longer than 10' I tended to lose all speed control . . . I just couldn't consistently roll it out the proper distance. I'm more of a die it in the hole type of putter, but I would run putts by 3-5' . . . very very poor putter for me from distance.

On faster greens, anything longer than 10' was difficult to leave close. I switched to a larger jumbo Winn pistol grip and that seemed to help . . . but I ended up switching to an Odyssey White Hot XG #7.

Overall, it's a very good putter, but I think something in my longer putts stroke is just off with it. The Odyssey is just better from long range (which is usually where I hit greens) for me.

I just picked up the Seemore FGP black blade putter with the Rifle sight. I am very impressed ! The rifle sight lines are VERY confidence inspiring. Nice weight. Clean, uncomplicated look. It took me a few putts to figure out where in my stance I should play the ball, but once I had that worked out ( right in the middle- under my nose ) the putts started to fall.

So I have played 2 rounds since I bought the putter and shot 2 over Par on the front nine at my local club today, I am a 12 hcp, in the 44* weather !

I was using a Scotty Cameron Newport II but I guess the offset was contributing to my aiming issues. Putting is half the game they say so we'll see how it goes. I do agree with the previous comments regarding the hot face, definitely hotter than the Cameron putter, but I think it'll just take some getting used to.

I'll post an update in a few weeks when I have some rounds in.

"This putter is great!"

You should try the milled series! My first see more was a fgp; I now own the m3w and the mfgp black. These are sweet - and what a feel - I have to admit, I havn't got used to them on fast greens (mizuno bettinardi bc1 for "touch"). And the company is very supportive. Brian - I'm older- I got a suction cup for the end of my putter to pick up the balls - but, after a few chuckels, I just bent over. T.K.

just demo'd one on practice green at my course, and all i can say is i am in the market. like a previous poster stated, knowing your hands were in correct position really gave me a ton of confidence and helped me focus on using my shoulders. i used the original blade and while the face was "lively", because this model is light (320 grams) i really never had any difficulty with controlling distance from any length.

the thing i liked about it most was on putts 15ft and in, i was making more than i am used to and thats the one area that has plagued me for a while.

all in all, i think its a great putter for honing a good setup and stroke. i am looking forward to getting one soon.

In my opinion the second best feeling putter I have every used, first place goes to the hard to replicate feel of my Gun Blue Scotty Cameron Newport Classic. However, that being said the SeeMore in stainless has a wonderful feel as well as sound and is not prone to rust like the carbon steel in my putter. I plan to within the next six months or so buy a SeeMore. The confidence that everything is square at address is awesome the balance is also very nice. I have putted with one everytime I go to Martin's PGA in Myrtle Beach and love it. From about 40 feet away putted 5 balls that ended up in a dead straight line touching one another and you can't beat that kind of reproducibility. If you are looking for something different that actually works try this putter ... it has every bit the craftmanship and quality of a Cameron at a considerably cheaper price.
