Low Spin Golf Ball

Z-Star XV and for the more budget friendly Trispeed Tour. I have found these close off the tee but once you talk about around the greens the Z-Star XV kills the Trispeed Tour.

Your on the right path...stay with Bridgestone and just move over to their other offerings...B330s and B330rx!! Best balls on the market!!

With no regard to short game spin? Pinnacle Gold. If you care about spin on the greens Srixon ZV spins the least off the driver for me with good short game spin.

Lowest spinning ball on Trackman for me 2012 B330, second is TP5. (tested B330, TP5, Hex Black & ProV1x)

Best all around ball for my game is TP5, and that's what I'm playing this year.

Maxfli U4x...best new ball on the market...believe it! Very low spin off driver and high spin with wedge...the impossible has been achieved.

But if you are looking for extremely low driver spin ball...try the Pinnacle Dimension.

Hex black best ball I have found in a long, long, time!

Another vote for the TP5. It's really long off of the driver, and doesn't want to turn much. It's the best ball I've used to date, bar none.

Callaway Hex Black tour has the least spin off the driver for me. Also the most spin around the green. Hmmm... It is the absolute best ball I have ever used.

When hit under ideal lab condition, all tour level balls will spin within 400 rpm of each other. Golf Digest no longer published spin/launch angle data for drivers because all balls perform within a vary narrow margin. (Within one degree of launch angle and 400 rpm regardless of the price). They still publish spin/launch angle data for wedges because there is a wide margin between 20.00/doz ball and tour quality ball.

That being said, the Callaway Tour ix had the lowest spin for the "high end" catagory when that data was last published in May 2009.

Like, I said that's under ideal lab conditon. Your personal swing characteristics, espically swing path, club face angle and most importantly "angle of attack" will determine what specific high end ball will spin the less for you.

If you want to try some balls, and with your swing speed of 110 mph, try the "harder" balls such as PRO V1X, Z-STAR XV, TOUR IX, 20XI-X, B330 etc as they are design to spin less than their "softer" counterparts.

The "harder-softer" theory is dead. Dean Snell from TaylorMade has done several interviews stating that the soft balls do no necessarily spin more than firmer balls anymore. That theory died with the 4 piece Red LDP.

Proof is this years Penta TP3 and TP5; TP3 is firmer ans spins more than the softer TP5.
