Not to mention that its not exactly clear what youre talking about. He got some irons in a tournament? Sinatras personal irons? Sinatra branded irons? Regular [insert brand name here] irons that were raffled off at a Sinatra tournament?

I think they are Sinatra branded irons. I'll post pics soon.

Very retro cool. FWIW, these items will probably be worth more to a Sinatra collector than a golf collector. Now, if you can find a few Sinatra collectors who are into golf club collecting as well...jackpot!

Very true, although it will probably be very hard find someone who loves Frank Sinatra, AND is into golf. I just wish I could place a specific figure on what these would be worth.

Those irons either had to be relics when they were won/given.. or that bag is from a different tournament... But.. you know what I would say.. that Pawnstars TV show.. try to take it into that pawn shop.. a good reason to go to vegas.. and maybe they will know a good sinatra collectibles guy.. and a golf club expert.. ... and you could be on TV :P

Yep; tough to put a value on something super-rare, maybe even one-of-a-kind; no prior examples to use as a basis. As a 51 year-old musician, I'm probably at the lower age end of the Sinatra fan demographic. My $.02 worth; don't know what you're looking to get out of them, but I'd put the lot on eBay with a minimum bid of $500, a Buy It Now price of $750 & wait for those searching for Sinatra collectibles to find you. Or they'd make a great donation to a Snatra museum somewhere, if one exists.

There is another bag that I think was from the same year, couldn't find it though. Haha, I wish I lived near Vegas.

Ok, ok. I'm curious. Was your grandpa some kind of celebrity? As for price, auction in ebay, let it ride. Never know.
[/quote]

No, he wasn't a celebrity. It was a charity event that you payed to get in. It was like $2,000 to play. He played with some celebrities however, but I can't name them off the top of my head.

All kidding aside, why not reach out via call or email to the Pawn Stars and send them the photos along with a question if the item might be something they would be interested in having on the show. I am sure, as many unique and valuable items as they have on their show, that it is not simply coincidence and happenstance; people with interesting items no doubt contacted the show/shop, arrangements were made to screen the items and choose the ones for the show, and the filming took place. They don't have cameras there all of the time - there has to be some form of rigging to get just the right items of interest. I think your irons and bags would fit the bill - worst case they say "No thanks" or there is no reply; best case you get your items appraised, end up on TV, and maybe even sell them. Especially given Sinatra's connection to Vegas!
