2007 Tournament Schedule

I will probably be at Lessing this year and hopefully at the US junior but who knows.

Here is my rough tournament schedule, we still have to figure out some conflicts (the only New England AJGA's either conflict with our state AM or State Junior). I met Dan (Goose) at a AJGA preseason last year, and he's a really nice kid. It's pretty cool to match a name with a face. Best of luck to everyone this season, hopefully I will see a few of you in Augusta, Mo. (U.S. Junior).

Unfortunately i know alot of kids on that tour. That tour has been know for the "cheating" that goes on through the tournaments. It is a good tour for local kids throughout the state and gives scholarship money. They just need to keep an eye on the players or the players need to have integerity.

Mainly club events, no organized junior tours for me.

I may or may not have two of the following (I have two memberships):

And maybe a couple junior events.

Ian leggatt junior tour, gonna try and qualify for the Ontario Junior and the Ontario Junior Match Play, and the Junior club C at my home course.

Name someone and i am sure i know them. I know most of the pretty good and good highschool golfers and others from Michigan.

Schedule will be done at the end of the month after my coach and me finalize it. For sure 2 Future Links will be on there. Simon.. hope to see you at the Canadian Junior Boys Champ.

EDIT: CJGA and MJT will be another few tours I play on. I also will play Mclennan Ross, and AGA, not to mention EGA. I also will be travelling to the USA to play some tournaments...if anyone can provide me info on tourneys a near scratch golfer who is 15 can get in I would love to hear from you. I carry a 1.2 and have been down to a 0.1

No, I didnt even go to provincials because I was out of the province for another tournament (bad planning on my behalf). All my buds went though. Heard the course was ridiculous. How did you play?

Hacked at provincials and canadians as well.

Yeah by one shot, finished bogey, bogey, triple.

Anyone else have it done?

I'll be playin in the AJGA Juniors at Walnut Creek in Dallas, PGA National in Palm Beach, and the Quad Cities one in Iowa as well as a couple more probably. Ill also play just some IJGA ones here in Illinois with the big ones the State Jr. Am and the Chick Evans. I will also hopefully be at the US Junior Am.

I guess Michael (missinglink) played as bad as I did for the first 27 holes, I am playing with him tomorrow in the Mizuno Junior @ Chateau Elan...both of us shoot 120 for 27 holes, the weather is brutal though cold and windy.

Ya i will agree with you on that one. I am not playing that well right now and the conditions are making it worse.

If anyone else is playing in this tournament they would know how bad the conditions are..... I am about to tee off in a few hours and its 24*F outside.

I MIGHT be playing the Ontario High School Championship if my team doesn't suck this year. (and if I actually make it, because at our only tryout, I hacked to a par-free 42 (2 birdies, 1 double, 6 bogeys) and if the guys on the team don't go in the 90s like 3 of them did last year) :friends:

Yesterday at Chateau Elan, the wind wasn't supposed to blow, but it did and blew hard again. Another COLD and WINDY day where we only played 9 holes and after playing poorly the 1st round, I really needed 18 holes the last 2 rounds to make up some type of ground and have a respectable finish.

The tournament was really a mess.... AJGA couldve done 18 holes on sunday but didn't, the tournament was dictated by the 1st round big time. If you didn't play well the first day, it was hard to make up ground thats for sure.

Woodlands and Chateau were both horrible conditions....
